Shops At Warren Place

Neighborhood Jam is our Jam. We love this place. The food is unbelievably amazing. Everything on the menu is so good. If you haven't been you need to go. This is a must!

Parking's a little tight. But the food and shopping is fantastic!

The Bella's House - Neighborhood Jam combo here is a favorite for me. Great food and I always find something cool at Bella's House. I also love that I'm supporting so many women-owned businesses when I shop at Bella's House. Big ups! Highly recommend!

Small but packed with a punch. Shops at Warren is a small escape from the city and traffic surrounding it. There is a "grass" lawn in the middle of the shops surrounding it. Fancy steak place. Casual dining. Drinks and some other smaller shops all in one location. We having breakfast here when we visit St. Francis. When we visited recently there was one vacant shop.

Neighborhood Jam is by far the best breakfast/brunch place in Tulsa! Always fantastic service, flavor combinations and environment. Don't miss this place. Not the easiest place to get parking but absolutely worth a short walk and wait. I love this place!

What a gem! The food here is STELLAR! Not at all for those on any form of diet, but guaranteed to leave you full and satisfied! Cool atmosphere, booze, and delicious southern food!

The wait is long on the weekends. Definitely add your name to the waitlist on Yelp before you get there. Got the omelette and subbed for fruit. The grilled chicken is so good. Great atmosphere. Their coffee/tea drinks are delicious. Got the apple cinnamon oolong tea. Tastes like Christmas!

I am the night engineer the majority of the time and love the fact that I get a chance to help bring this property back to where it can shine. We have a really great team we are building and could use more focused, and positive people.

Neighborhood Jam is amazing! The outdoor seating in perfect weather with the beautiful turf landscaping was an amazing breakfast experience!!

Parking is ample but congested at times, clean though. Diverse shops and great food options, for a small shopping area.
