Vista at the Boathouse

We went during a 'soft opening' prior to opening day on 5/20, so we went with the expectation that everything wasn't quite ironed out. Our two children were with us and we were excited to try the newest spot at the Gathering Place.

The overall experience was pleasant and relaxed. Views are great. Interior dining room was smaller than I expected. For those bringing kids, they have a verbal kids menu: hamburger, cheeseburger, grilled cheese, and chicken fingers all (I believe) with fries although one of our children ordered fruit.

Kids ordered cheeseburgers. All the "ingredients" were there for an excellent cheeseburger, but both were over cooked. Kids loved the sides.

Entrees we ordered were the margherita pizza and fried chicken and jasmine rice. Both were terrific. Enjoyed an 'Aviation' from the bar. Service was great, staff was knowledgeable. Had vanilla bean cheesecake and 'chocolate explosion' for dessert. Both came with raspberries and were awesome.

Great new location in Tulsa to eat at drink and be merry! Be careful with some of the pictures and reviews, since it is located in the gathering place others have put their reviews of the park as a whole on here! Buuuuut this is a great place to go with great food options, great drink options and great service! Also woooooow the views are amazing!!!

Great spot at the Gathering Place to stop for pizza. It was our first time in the area and we were lucky enough to stumble across Vista at the Boathouse first. The restaurant is on the 3rd level and provides great views of the rest of the park.
The pizza was very good. We got a pepperoni and cheese. They are big enough to feed 2 people each. Will definitely come back next time in town. The only downside was it was in the 90’s on our visit at lunch so we didn’t explore as much of the area as we wanted to.

It's stunning and the drinks & food are fab. I had the Shrimp Yellow curry dish and a mai tai...mmm, comes with a toasted coconut rim.

We had a great time! Just barely beat the lunch rush, so we didn't have to wait long to be seated. Server was very friendly and attentive. Best tomato basil soup I've ever had! Loved the chips and salsa, and the catfish portion was huge.
Will definitely eat there again next time we go to The Gathering Place.
Pro tip: Don't go if you're in a hurry.

We loved our experience! I came here for my birthday dinner on a Monday night. I saw online last seating is by 8 pm. There weren't many patrons at 7:30, so we were seated immediately. We had the chips and salsa appetizer, both were house made. Very tasty. My beer tasted perfect. For our entrees, my bf ordered the smoked salmon on ciabatta sandwich and fries, it was great! I ordered the jerk chicken pasta, it tasted more like chicken alfredo than jerk chicken, but it was very good as well. I definitely would recommend! The food is very affordable, service was excellent, and the atmosphere is lovely. The view and decor feel very rich and pretty. The facilities were clean. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful environment and views. Excellent food. Our group had the Curry fried chicken, bow tie pasta and pork chop. All were interesting, well presented and delicious. Best food and restaurant experience in a long time. Good service. Will be back

The atmosphere is a delightful blend of casual and swanky. Staff is super friendly, prices are reasonable, food is wonderful.

The Vista has such a beautiful view and setting. Excellent service with any employee passing by willing to take your plates off the table. There is a wide range of food for everybody, and it all tasted wonderful. Definitely excited for my next visit.

Food was very good. Nice selection from moderate to somewhat expensive. Service was very good. Only thing I wish they could do is have less reflection off of the windows so you could get a better view of the park at night. Probably better for tables next to the windows. Will definitely go back. Great for out of town guests.

Thanksgiving lunch was the second meal prepared in the Vista restaurant. (The first was lunch the day before.) The turkey was wonderful! Crispy skin & tender juicy breast! Green bean casserole! Was supposed to be a test run, but never had a better Thanksgiving feast!

Amazing and Enjoyable. The first time was truly a"WOW" moment. My family and I go here at least once a week. This is located within the "Gathering Place". Their moto is; "A Place For Everyone" and it really is... People of all ages enjoy the "Gathering Place" This is a must visit, if you haven't already.

If y'all are like balking at the price of your drinks DON'T! Jared is the best bartender who gives you the most bang for your buck.. After two drinks we had to Uber home. The Guthrie Green is the Bomb!!

Very clean and comfy area to rest after walking around the gorgeous park, plenty of tables and chairs for picnicking, and great architecture on top of it all! Very nice facility

Always being cleaned. Staff is always around and the view is pretty. Along with kayak rentals and the small museum inside.
