Wowzers! This place was amazing. So many times places don’t live up to the hype. They did and exceeded it. My friend and I shared the garlic not knots, small pizza and the lasagna! I also had the SangReeA. All of it was worth the drive and money. Definitely recommend it.

We had an excellent meal at P-Town Pizza! The atmosphere was great. Busy on a Friday night. We had the not-knots, Pizza-Ree-a, and the Fig and Procuitto pizza. Pizza-Ree-A was our favorite pizza but the not-knots were amazing! Hard to stop eating them! Like fluffy donut holes but savory. The drinks were tasty but strong. We tried the sangria and the adult cherry limeade. Highly recommend having a meal here if you are in town.

Our appetizer was the Not Knots and they were amazing. The salad was fine but not really that great. The lasagna was tasty and extremely cheesy so I hope you want that much cheese but you have to look hard to find any lasagna pasta. Mine only had one strip on the very bottom and most of it was not eatable so I was disappointed. I’m still giving a good rating because the food was still good but just not what I had hoped, except for the appetizer.

What a fun place! With delicious food and drinks! We started with the Knots which were garlic bites of bliss! Then just had a good ol’ pepperoni pizza but this was elevated with the three kinds of pepperoni…scrumptious!! I enjoyed a Naughty Cowgirl for my drink…tasty and fun! Jasmine took care of us and did an awesome job!

EXCELLENT!

A must stop for anyone a fan of pizza and visiting Pawhuska. You must try the Not Knots, a perfect creation. Imagine the best Parmesan bread bite quite possibly ever created. I’m a fan of all pizza but there’s something about the thin, crispy crust and loaded with toppings that make these pizzas so good!

Atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff are courteous and very welcoming.

The Smokehouse pizza is to die for! I asked for the server's recommendation, "between the Fig pizza and the Smokehouse", before I finished my sentence, she said, "The smokehouse!" I took her recommendation and didn't regret it for a second. The atmosphere is cute. My server was VERY friendly, but some of the staff, you could tell they were just there to get a check. I would recommend P-Town Pizza in a heartbeat!

I've been to P-Town pizza twice in the last 5 weeks. My first visit, I was extremely happy with the food, the service, the atmosphere and the company of my 76-year-old friend from Pawhuska. For starter, we split an order of LADD’S CHOPPED WEDGE salad. Their portions are huge so it can easily be split between two people. We also ordered their Not Knots which are to die for. I've never sunk my teeth in anything so satisfyingly delicious—crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They were deliciously bathed in their garlic and basil/parsley olive oil and grated parmesan cheese. These were served with a variety of red and white sauces, which I never used because I wanted to savor the flavor on its own. You can't go to P-Town Pizza and not try the Not Knots. For pizza, I ordered the Fig & Prosciutto which was delicious. It was generously topped with fresh arugula. I wish it had one more slice of prosciutto and a couple more pieces of figs to make the flavor pop. My friend ordered the veggie pizza that came beautifully presented with lots of color and she thoroughly enjoyed it too!

The second time I went was with my husband who's never been and he was delighted as much as I was on my first visit. Before I met my husband, he lived in Italy for a few years, and yes, he could be a bit of a pizza snob, and rightfully so. For many years, I've lived in a part of Ontario Canada where Europeans are thick and extremely proud of their culture/food. I must admit, I too am a bit of a pizza snob. Since we moved to Oklahoma, we've been searching for a good place for authentic pizza, and we're excited we discovered P-Town Pizza. Their pizza come close to the authentic Italian pizza we've had in Italy. The only negative thing I can say about my second visit was, their Not Knots were not as crispy as the first ones I've had. They were still good and packed with flavor but were missing the crisp-to-the-bite.They were somewhat disappointingly spongy even as we sat at our table. The ones I had on my first visit stayed crispy even after it's been refrigerated. Perhaps, I can ask them to make it crispier on my next visit.

If you haven't tried P-Town Pizza, you're missing out. The atmosphere in quite warm and the staff is courteous and extra attentive.

Restaurant is upstairs. Chairs are not comfortable is you are a "hippy" woman. So, the food was amazing (pizza and lasagna.) The service was outstanding. Floor was clean. Great place to bring the kids. So worth the trip up the stairs!

AWESOME PLACE! Really good wood fire pizza! The Not Knots are a must try!!! I tried them with ranch and marinara. The ranch is really thick. I liked the ranch more with the Not Knots. The pizza is very tasty. Out of the three, the pepperoni and cheese is great, but the other two were just as good!

The service was very fast and friendly. The whole restaurant was very clean. This place is off the beaten path as it's in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Pawhuska is a destination place due to the Pioneer Women. If you are passing by or have time, I would highly recommend you stop by. The surrounding landscape is beautiful as well.

So the pizza and lasagna were excellent. We initially were excited to try the salad 🥗 but there was not enough seasoning or vinegar in the dressing; leaving my salad just tossed in oil. Our server handled it so well.

Nothing in life is perfect. It's how you approach those moments that truly matters. The kindness and caring extended to us for our imperfect salad was incredibly impressive!

The salad had so many toppings! I can't wait to return and try again!

Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Right across from The Mercantile in Pawhuska, I don't think this place is yet well-known to visitors. We discovered it while on the waiting list for the restaurant, and there was absolutely no wait. Glad we made this stop -- the pizza was incredible, with perfectly brewed iced tea. If we had room, we would have taken them up on their delicious-looking desserts! Friendly and fast service. You do have to walk up stairs to get to the restaurant - keep that in mind. A rustic, yet comfortable place for good eats. The PW sweet shop is also next door to the pizzeria.

My wife and I went on a date here and we cannot wait to go back. The service was good and the food was amazing. We ordered the What a Fun-Gi, added Italian sausage, and it was honestly some of the best pizza we’ve had. Everything down to the sauce tasted so fresh. We ordered a Caesar salad to share and did not expect the size we got, it was so big and very good. The fact that it comes with Not Knots is even better, they are so light and delicious. The sweet tea was also very good and I’m picky on my sweet tea.

Ate at P-Town again today (3-25-23) .absolutely incredible once again! Food was fantastic, waitress was super friendly and we loved watching the gentleman working the pizza oven. He was so fast, but was smiling the whole time. If you haven't tried P-town you are missing out!

Wow...This place is awesome! We called in a to go order...and it was ready in the time frame they told us. The pizza is really good but my goodness the not knots are AMAZING! We drove up from Claremore and will definitely be coming back!!!

First time here and we got right in and ate the Not Knots and Veggie pizza and added 2 sausages to it. Also had a mango beer that was so smooth and tasty! Take the time to stop by! Wonderful pizza and service.

I gotta tell you...this is basic Margherita pizza with quality ingredients BUT, the addition of the flaky salt and ground peppercorns made it liiiiiifeeeeee changing!!!!! I ate a 14 inch to myself. The not knots were also good. Chewy and fried outside. But the pizza. Omg im gonna dream about that pizza. ❤

The pizza here is always amazing. The chicken wings are perfect as an appetizer. Buffalo is not too spicy but just enough to give it some kick the more you eat.
Fig and Prosciutto pizza is my favorite but I wanted to try a different one this time. We went with the Steakhouse pizza and it was so good!

Great food and beers! The knots are light and seasoned perfectly. The pizza crust is crispy and not over cooked with lots of tasty cheese. The beer selection includes several craft beers, including Oklahoma brews. Overall great place!

The pizza and “not knots” were great. It’s a very loud place and you have to climb 2 flights of stairs to get in which isn’t good for young children and elderly guests, but we really enjoyed the food.

Pizza was very good and they had unusual toppings. Their wings were excellent! We also had adult beverages which were very tasty. The staff was helpful and attentive. Sherlock, yes that was his name, was super nice. Definitely a place you should check out when in Pawhuska!

It was worth the 35 minute wait that actually ended up being more like 10 mins. The pizza was great everything looked like art work and tasted amazing. The layout is very spread out and there is balcony seating. My kids nearly ate the tiramasu and the jar it came with they have a good amount of desserts
