Bluestem Falls is a nice quiet area out in the country. We enjoyed a nice slow hour or so drive from Tulsa on back roads. Well worth the trip. But there are no facilities at the falls themselves.

This is usually a fun place to go when we get a lot of rain to go swimming. Currently, it is dried up, but it's still nice to just walk around!

This place is pretty amazing. It's a great place for hiking. The trails are really narrow around the falls area. When we went yesterday, the water was down. There was only a small water trickling but the scenery is just gorgeous and I believe no matter, water or not it's a great place to see. I do wanna go back though at some point when I can get some great pics of the falls. I definitely want to go back.

Wow! What a beautiful place! With all the rain we have recently had in Oklahoma, you can imagine this place was picture perfect. There were people swimming, picnicking and just lounging around having a great time. However do watch out for snakes. There were several large snakes out and slithering around.

Really lovely, even when dry, as it was after the long drought on Oct 31, 2023 when we visited.

I can imagine this would be a very happening place in the summer and when there is actually a waterfall. It's very dry right now but was still worth the scenic drive. It was still a fairly interesting stop.

I woke up early and came for a sunrise view of the falls, only to realize the water level was exceptionally low and there were no waterfalls. I suppose that is to be expected when you come here in late January, but there was no one else around and it was quite peaceful. Google maps did an excellent job taking me to the location.

We are on route 66 and designed go to the pioneer women and stay overnight at Bluestem lake it was really nice place. Summer lot of family will be there for swimming and jump of the clips. But at night only us at the park.

Trail needs to be maintained better and trash picked up. Fun place to swim.

The place is fun to explore. We went when the water was all dried up, so it made for a good hike to go down and the up! I bet it’s so fun once this place gets tons of water. Reception is terrible but 1 bar. Found a baby snake while on the low water end. Lots of other people who walked along our paths. Friendly place. Definitely don’t forget sun block. I would only recommend if you for sure know there is water there.

Good little hike. I was there at the end of the summer so there was no waterfall but worth the hike

Great place to visit after it rains! When the falls is calmer, there is a great swimming hole below the falls, the area is about 10ft deep. Several swimming areas along the creek below the falls, easy trail to follow.

Awesome place, not easy walk, slippery rocks could make for an emergency room trip real easy but for those who don't live life in fear it's worth a trip

Go right after a rain, it’s dry most times otherwise still a nice place to visit if it isn’t to hot when the water is down.
