Great service and the biscuits, omelette and loaded hash browns were all delicious. Food was fresh, hot, high quality and an amazing value. Will definitely be coming here again

Me and my family visited Blowing Rock last weekend and were passing through North Wilkesboro on the way home when we decided to stop by this restaurant on a whim for dinner. And I’m so glad we did! Hilltop Restaurant is what I would describe as being a “Mom and Pop” style restaurant. Has all your favorite Southern comfort food and its delicious! The staff was also very friendly. Needless to say, next time me or my family members happen to be in the area, we will definitely be stopping by again!

This is a great old time place to eat. Myself and 3 other folks on a motorcycle ride stopped for lunch. I had spaghetti and just like mom's.

I went here today, and it was very busy with the after church crowd, but the waitress got to us as fast as she could. We ordered our food and had to wait awhile, but it was worth it. This isn't fast food, but it's good food. I had a patty melt with Texas toast that was soooo good! It's a quaint atmosphere, and they also have some nice desert options. Yum!

Love the ladies that work there. They treat you like family and have an amazing personality with the customers. Great little diner with good prices and delicious food. Always enjoy coming in and laughing with the ladies

Love Hilltop. Food is always great! My only complaint is that they have changed their hours so many times it’s hard to keep up with when they are open and when they aren’t.

Although the restaurant was understaffed, we didn't have to wait for our food. It took a few minutes for a waitress to take our order, but no one wants to work anymore, so most restaurants are short staffed. Order a fish sandwich and fries (not my usual choice). Sandwich and fries were super hot (just like I like my food). Sandwich was very good. Wait staff did a super job considering they were under staffed. I would eat here again.

I was able to ask the staff what they thought I would like and what people often buy from the restaurant I thought that the staff was very helpful kind and very professional. Food is so good the fries were hot and they have the best footlong hot dogs I've ever had!

Great food and service! I ordered flounder, shrimp and deviled crab. It was enough to feed three people for $10.99 and was delicious! Great atmosphere! Go soon because the rumor is they are closing and moving all operations to Park Place Depot. Which is also great.

I have passed this place several times over the years and never stopped to try it. I found out I've been missing out on some good food and very nice people that run it. It's not fast food, in and out. It's a sit down with your family or friends and enjoy your meal with a conversation kind of place. We will definitely stop in again!

Ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The buger was moist and had great flavor. The fries were delicious. There was just one waitress. But she had it covered. Was talking to regulars by name and asking if they wanted their usual and still treated everyone else as a long time friend. Definitely worth going there.

Reasonably priced food and great service. They got our order completely correct with the substitutions we made. We enjoyed every item we ordered.

I would have preferred the TV be off, but that's really my only complaint. Overall I recommend this restaurant.

One of the best breakfasts I have ever had, great food, great prices, friendly and courteous waitress, constantly checking to see if we needed anything, highly recommend. Try the Hilltopper omelet, you will love it.

First visit since they reopened. Loved them before they moved to Park Place, loved them while they were there. Now they are back where they started, half way up 2nd street hill. Wife was able to order and eat entire meal, without a allergic reaction. Food was great, service was great. Will most definitely be back.

Burgers and other stuff a lot better than your chain restaurants very friendly people and kind wonderful peaceful place to visit if you are hungry or if you just like ice cream they have that too can't be beat
