We had a very memorable weekend with Tom and Stephanie! From the very beginning we were met with great hospitality and knowledge of the area. I appreciated Tom’s consideration for our schedules by providing travel tips like information on closing and wait times at restaurants and shops. The house was great, and the breakfast was to die for! Tom made an amazing omelet, and the following day French toast with cheesy potatoes. The attention to detail was much appreciated, and made our stay one we will never forget!

This was a few days off to celebrate the birthday of a precious friend. We had a blast! Everything was so nice. There was only the 3 of us at the time and we were treated like queens. Breakfast was delicious! We were give a choice of what we wanted each morning. We enjoyed our visit with Stephanie and husband.... he is a lot of fun to talk with. Would love to go again tomorrow.

What a beautiful property. House was so clean. Beds were very comfortable. The area is so quiet. Breakfast was perfect every morning. Close to everything. There is a TV, in the main sitting are if you need that for time killing. There are games to play. The host Tom, was so knowledgeable about the area, he was so easy to talk to. My sister and I had such a great quick get away we will be back.

If you are looking for rest, stay here- it’s clean and most of all comfortable, truly allowing you to let your guard down and relax. Tom, your host is not only an amazing cook- but also fun and full of information to make the most of your stay. Perfect location to town, and one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever eaten! Thank you so much!

My wife surprised me with a quiet getaway before my deployment, and this place was perfect! It's quiet and relaxing. The house has much of the southern charm that you expect in a traditional BnB. The host, Steven, was very accommodating and cooked a wonderful breakfast both mornings that tasted excellent. It was fun meeting other guests and listening to Steven's story of his seven children. We loved every detail from the decorations and intricate wooden trim to the creaky wooden floors and grand rooms, the authenticity of this place shouldn't be overlooked. My only complaint was the fireplace in the great room was not working because it would have put the finishing touch on our winter weekend. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Steven! Wish you and your family well.

Holiday Weekend Getaway:

We rented this property for the Thanksgiving weekend. Our family is from Dallas, Texas and my brother-in-law’s family is from Kansas City. While we had spent the preceding 2 Thanksgivings in each other’s homes, we decided to meet in the middle to reduce travel time this year. As I was searching for an Airbnb in the Tulsa area, I stumbled upon this Gem (The Grandview Inn B&B).

Our families loved the accommodations and the quant community of Pawhuska and all its’ unique attributes. The home had ample space for cooking, dining, sleeping and most importantly for entertainment. The Poe’s provided excellent advanced communication in preparation for our stay and were available to address any lodging concerns; however, this was unnecessary, as everything was in order, and we enjoyed a fantastic stay.

While this home is situated off the beaten path, guests can enjoy a much-needed break from the big city life and associated chaos, absorbing quality time with their family and/or friends. Serving as the hometown to Ree Drummond (The Pioneer Woman), Pawhuska is the site of her Mercantile and Restaurant. The downtown shops are plentiful, and we were also able to take in some free holiday movies at the nostalgic Constantine Theatre.

I would highly recommend this to any large family/party that requires this size home. We hope to return in the near future to enjoy this getaway home.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview. The Grandview is a great place to get away. They are in a transition time but do all they can to make you feel welcome and at home. We had delicious breakfasts both mornings we were there. They helped us know what to check out in town and where to go to enjoy our weekend. We were blessed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grandview Inn. Steve and Tiffany were very engaging and fun to talk with. They are knowledgeable about the background of the house, the Pioneer Woman and the very interesting history of Osage County. They are great ambassadors for the area. The house is beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The food was great; we especially liked the eggs Benedict Sunday morning. There were plenty of spacious common areas where we could relax, play cards, visit with the other guests or even watch TV. Steve was always around if anything was needed.

For us, the trip was mostly about having a relaxing fall weekend. On Friday night we went to the local high school football game; it was a very fun, small-town experience, plus the Huskies won! We did the Mercantile, the Drummond Lodge and the Osage Indian Museum. All weekend the locals were extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend a stay at Grandview Inn and a visit to Pawhuska.

What a wonderful experience. The house is beautifully decorated, every room with a theme. Gorgeous antiques throughout. The owners are very warm and welcoming. Even their 4 children came out to help us carry our baggage in. Definitely worth the 5 hour drive.

The Poe’s are an adorable family who made our stay so enjoyable. We had the best time cooking with Chef Poe and her sweet family. We learned a lot and we all felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here if in Pawhuska. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I hope I have the opportunity to do it again.

In a word, it's the people. Steve and his family are delightful. Historic Inn is like the home you know so well. Very comfortable. Great breakfasts. To nitpick, I would recommend they add some nice touches commonly found elsewhere like fresh baked cookies and maybe some lemonade or something. Otherwise recommend!

We attended a birthday celebration here at the Grandview Inn Bed and Breakfast. It is an absolutely beautiful home that has an interesting history to go with it. I love old homes like this and am so happy that, by turning them into bed and breakfasts, they are able to be enjoyed by others, and preserved as well.

Very enjoyable experience here. This was my first time to a B&B so I don’t have much to compare to. We stayed in the Lazy Daisy room which was very roomy with a king size bed and a half bath. The family was delightful and engaged in meaningful conversations! The breakfast was delicious. If she’ll make them, get the donuts!!! If theres any downside the bed was fairly uncomfortable and the room had no TV. In all honesty, we were there to disconnect so I didn’t really expect a TV!

Did you know that not only can you stay in one of 5 completely different rooms at the Grandview Inn but if you're having a family reunion or just getting together with friends and family for the holidays, you can rent the whole house! The best part is the family that runs it. The Poe family are the kindest, sweetest, most loving family you'll ever meet. They're so welcoming and happy to see you that you can't help but instantly love them.

This a wonderful place to stay. It is so beautiful and grand inside. We stayed in the Drummond Master Suite. So elegant. Tiffany, the owner was there to greet you with a smile. Gave us a tour of the house as well. Thank you for your hospitality. If you are in town make sure to go P-TOWN pizza. It's a must!

Perfect little B&B. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Bathroom was very nice (you share a bathroom with other guests). Breakfast was divine. Great location near the Tallgrass Prairie Perserve and downtown Pawhuska (near the Merchantile). Overall a great stay. And the hosts were so friendly and nice!!!
