Hyatt Place Tulsa / Downtown

The cleanest Hyatt I’ve stayed in. No dog hair or smell like the other Hyatts. Very clean and all the employees were so nice. The waiter in the restaurant is excellent. You can’t help but have a great day when he serves you. The pancakes were not too good this time though.

We stay on December 22 left on 23. The parking out front was free because it was after 5 and plus it was the weekend. Didn't have to do Valet parking. The service was very friendly. When you became a member ask about the benefits. I wish that I ask because we could of check out at 2:00 instead of 11:00 so that we didn't have to hurry after eating breakfast. The place was decorated nice for Christmas.

Stayed one night, breakfast was very great!! Bed comfy. Walls are little thin. Note though if you are taking Uber/lyft set the pickup to the courtyard across the street the price was 2x more to get to the airport from Hyatt than the courtyard.

We went to a concert in the BOK arena, and this location was great. It was about a 5 minute walk. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very nice and we we served a nice breakfast.

Awesome hotel and great staff! We were very pleased with the location and their service. Andy and Cinthia worked very hard to make our stay pleasant.

My family and I were in town for a wedding and I am so glad we stayed here. The breakfast buffet is amazing! We got incredible customer service from all the staff. Vassar was always helpful and great to visit with. Nick the bartender is so nice! The views from the room were awesome. You can walk to a lot of attractions right from this hotel. Highly recommend if you are staying in Tulsa. We will be back!

Was in a nice spot down town. We came foe the route 66 marathon. Worked out perfectly.
Right by the start and close enough to the finish to walk.

I didn’t personally stay here. However I hurt my ankle pretty bad and I was walking downtown. And they let me sit in their lobby and offered me free water until my ride could come.

The staff is friendly and the place is beautiful on the inside!

It was a great stay! The hotel is very lovely, well situated in Downtown, the parking wasn't too bad, the front desk staff was excellent and rooms were very updated and clean! The Front Desk team were both very welcoming and knowledgeable. And the breakfast - JUST AMAZING!! The gentleman hosting breakfast that morning did a superb job. It was the most excellent hotel breakfast I have seen in at least 10 years. Overall I highly recommend this hotel!

Super pretty hotel. Parking was a little tricky but we figured it out. Convenient to walk around downtown.

The rooms are nice with great views of downtown. Breakfast food is very good. We didn't have any problems with downtown noise and we stayed over NYE. We also had no problem finding street parking but might be different during a weekday.

About 1/2 mile walk from Business Center and .7 miles from BOK Center. Very easy walk- several restaurants along the way. Rooms are cozy and updated. Great breakfast that's included for guests. Small bar at entrance is also great

I enjoyed my stay here. We were just in town overnight. The rooms were extremely clean, and comfortable. Guest services was exceptionally friendly. The only downside, because its a downtown property, is parking is not as convenient and one would like. Overall very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful, helpful, professional staff. Clean hotel. Good location. Rooms feel a bit like accommodations in NYC but no complaints. Would stay here again!

So friendly, super helpful and she made sure we were so comfortable. Give this woman a raise!!! She was professional and incredibly friendly— made check in and parking a complete breeze. This is a beautiful, modern, new age Art Deco inspired hotel. Gorgeous golden accents all throughout the hotel. Pops of yellow and blues throughout. Nearly floor to ceiling windows with a view of the center of downtown Tulsa. The hotel staff are kind and beyond accommodating. My room was beautiful! Again, very modern features throughout the hotel room. Plenty of space; and that city view, honey!!! This is a very affordable hotel and in every way it exceeded my expectations. If you’re like me, the hotel that you stay at is one of the most important parts of a vacation experience and I did not regret my hotel choice in any way.

Customer service here is on point! The gentleman at the front desk was so professional and you could tell he really wanted to make guests feel welcome. The interior is gorgeous and I immediately noticed that our room smelled so clean. Our experience here was so pleasant and we intend to only stay at this hotel whenever we visit Tulsa
