Hampton Inn & Suites Ponca City

We've stayed at plenty of hotels and by far this was the very best stay we've ever had! The rooms were immaculate. The staff was beyond amazing and helpful. They are the best pet friendly place we've stayed in. Puppers even got to go to the pool area with us while we swam (no, he doesn't swim). By far, the absolutely most PET FRIENDLY HOTEL EVER! We even had a small family pizza party in the breakfast/lounge area!

Having to stay in a Hampton because of a burst water pipe. Room is nice and spacious, king-size bed, large work table, etc. Staff has been friendly and courteous trying to help in any way they can. Only fly in the ointment, the TV doesn't work, but a service request has been put in. Free breakfasts are nice, hot food hot, cold is cold. Not a large selection, but satisfying.

A little hard on get to the first time because he hotel sits behind businesses and the entrance is rather convoluted. Service has been great, and since we're here for more than a week, we've gotten on a first name basis with several staff members.

Had originally booked a room at Holiday Inn express. Went to check in there, and was told I could not stay there because they had no hot water. Because I had booked on the third party booking. They refused to give me my money back or anything else. Went to the Hampton and they had the same room ready for us at $100 per night cheaper. I was so impressed with their them being so accommodating due to the circumstances. I so appreciate their willingness to help out as I was stressed out. I will now choose Hampton over any motel chain anywhere! Super great experience there!

The room we stayed in was huge and super clean. Service was great. Hotel was very quiet. There were not many guests when we stayed, which was nice because we were pulling a trailer. Parking lot is odd but not much you can do about that. I still found space for truck and trailer a few steps from the back door. Pet friendly!

This hotel was built 6 years ago, still feels very very new. Funny how the outside style is so much the old brand. No musty smell when you walk in. Very spacious inside. Quiet.
This experience makes me reconsider Hamptons again. The Tru is nice, but they have no space for a decent sized suitcase, and a provids a silly desk. My room here was ginormous!
Laundry room washer and dryer are LG brand. Very nice!

Very clean and professional. The staff even though some were new were courteous and helpful at all times. My first criteria when staying somewhere (after COVID 2020) changed and now what I look for is cleanliness and attitude. These traits are becoming rarer and the staff went above and beyond.

The room was clean and modern. The staff were friendly. Check in and check out were easy. I didn't get to take advantage of the free breakfast because I was in a hurry. Overall it was a nice stay.

Another Hampton Inn that meets the standards that make me a regular customer. The staff was friendly, the location was good and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. The room facilities were clean and comfortable. I'll probably stay here again when I return at the end of the month.

Clean, great rooms. Close to everything. Only 50 minute drive to Pioneer mercantile. Busy little down. Has a nice heated indoor pool. Close to a golf course.

This place is right in front of Aaron's, Dollar Tree, and other things.
Stayed here for a day or two awhile back. I loved it. Wonderful hotel, nice workers, good breakfast, big nice pool, nice workout place. 10 out of 10.
Clean rooms, with a nice TV, desk, and everything.
Beds are clean and made well. Bathrooms are big, nice, clean, and they give you nice shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Moved to this hotel after being disappointed by another in the area and glad I did. Comfortable rooms, clean hotel with great staff. Breakfast is the usual from Hampton Inns. Pool is clean and hotel is set back from the main road so it's quiet. Will recommend anyone visiting Ponca city stays here.

Big room with a nice bed and pillows, even had a pretty comfortable couch. Also the TV was of good quality. The coffee was also very good and the night staff was also nice. I believe her name was Caitlin was extremely nice to me and helpful. Would recommend staying here.

I've been to a lot of Hilton locations. The staff there are second to none. It's also very clean, and there are no bad elements in the area. Hayley was especially helpful with my questions about Ponca City, and she emulates the type of staff member you want to encounter.

I've been all over the board on my reviews here, but I think I'm stabilizing at 5 stars. Here's why:

I can have a digital key sent to my phone and use that to open anything I should be able to open. No more double checking for a card before I leave.

Room is clean and really... It's spacious compared to others in the US (even after comparing costs). TV is large, desk is very helpful. Sofa is comfy. A room large enough to pace through easily.

Fridge, microwave... All good.

But the part that led to this revision was simple. For a few reasons I needed to change my room. It's a simple thing and easily done. But people don't usually ask at 2 AM for reasons that aren't really the hotel's fault.

The overnight hostess asked a few good questions, good mannerisms, just made my night much more pleasant by being a good human.

And the world needs more of those. And now this review is 5 stars.

Staff friendly. We saw sign at breakfast that offered omelet and sausage in addition to continental breakfast. Staff made for us..good portion. Eat early or coffee won't be hot. Room adequate and liked it was on the quiet side. Great food list of local places provided upon request.

What a beautiful hotel! Even before covid, the place was exceptionally clean and well kept. Its quiet, the staff is ready to help at a moments notice, and, although we can't use it right now, the pool and other amenities are excellent. This has been my 8th or 9th trip to Ponca for work, and this has been my 7th or 8th time staying at this Hampton Inn, and I have to say that I wouldn't choose any other establishment! I am blown away by this hotel.

The staff here were very friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again in the future! Clean and in a great location. Thanks for everything!

Exceptional service!! Very accommodating and works very hard to get us the best room. My mom has arthritis and needs special sleeping arrangements. Justin spent a long time getting us a perfect room! Well done #Justinwilliams!!
