I used a nationally recognized floral service for a valentines day arrangement and the first florist was unable to fill the order so it was then sent to another florist near by and she filled the order but with the wrong quantity. I was about to just accept it and then like a Hero out of nowhere my phone rang after hours and it was Tina from Tall Grass Prairie flowers, She said i'm ready to deliver your wife's arrangement how does 9:30 am sound? I could tell right away that Tina had the passion and expertise to take control and come through with flying colors. I was thrilled when an associate delivered the flowers at 9:30 am yes! exactly 9:30 am with the most incredible, fragrant, fresh flowers i have ever seen. Tina and her entire crew saved the day for my valentines flowers. I am now a new customer of Tall Grass Prairie Flowers, and will tell my story about meeting a Hero and how she really cares about her products and her customers.Tina didn't sound like Wonder Woman super Hero from TV, but i think she is. I love Tina's floral work but more important than that, I love how she takes care of her customers. Because I live far away, I can always count on her to get arrangements placed on my mom's grave and they are always beautiful and she sends me a pic when she puts them on for me. Tina and her family take pride in their family business, in the store their is all kinds of things everyone. What I love about Tallgrass Prairie Flowers is I can pick the phone up and tell Tina what I want and she goes above and beyond what I expect every time. So if you need a beautiful flower arrangement, or something for a funeral this is your business to go to.

I stopped by to have flowers/plant sent to my daughters assistant softball coach. Tina went above and beyond to make sure that it was what I wanted and kept it within my price range. I have also bought coursages for proms and homecomings and each one was beautifully made and exactly what I wanted them to look like. Thankful our little town has a florist who is as caring and willing to go the extra mile wether it be for a funeral or special occasion.

I stumbled in this flower shop along time ago by accident and never looked back now, I call them from out of town and order flowers a lot. Every arrangement I ever get is so beautiful, I know I can call and say surprise me and I know they will still be beautiful
