Phoenix is the only place that I trust with any of my personal belongings! My family and extended family have been using them for 14+ years now. The owners are good people, customer service from everyone is always spot on, and turnaround times are consistent. Not to mention, it’s a family owned business and I love supporting local 🫶

Phoenix cleaners have been cleaning my towels for my barbershop for a few years and I have been very happy with their service. They’re consistent which was my main reason for changing from the last 2 we had previous. The towels always smell good and are folded perfectly and coordinated by size. It’s made my job so much easier when I get them back. I can not recommend phoenix cleaners enough for towels for your business. We also use them for our personal clothes and have been thrilled with their dry cleaning services. They offer curbside service which is so helpful for busy people and folks on the run. They’re great!

I’ve used Phoenix Cleaners for over 20 years now and they are a true Tulsa treasure. It’s the only place I trust with my regalia (I’m indigenous) and the customer service is as great as their quality. They have never let me down.

I had an event and realized the morning of, my partners shirt needed to be dry cleaned. I googled and saw Pheonix was open at 6am and they had same day services. I rolled in at 6:15am and they said they would have it ready for pickup after 4pm. Not only were they so kind, but I paid $7 when I expected much higher for a same day service. Great job 👏🏻

I took my 6-year-old daughter's ball gown dresses to be dry cleaned. I left the store when I received a phone call from Shelly who kindly stated to me in order for me to save money that I should actually do a steam clean on the dresses since the gowns were brand new. I was extremely excited of the great customer service and that she did get out the authorization steam clean the dresses to save money for myself as the customer versus doing a dry clean getting extra money because I wouldn't know the difference between the two. They have gained a customer as long as they're in business and as long as I live here in Tulsa.

Phoenix Cleaners saved the day! I had 2 full loads of laundry tainted with stains and strong odors from cat urine, and was having no luck with at-home remedies. I dropped my items off at Phoenix Cleaners (fast, friendly, knowledgeable service) and returned in 2 days with the clothing folded, packaged, and smelling SO FRESH. It was a miracle!

I was willing to pay whatever I needed to get my clothing back to normal, but the fair prices at Phoenix only brought my bill up to $25! Truly incredible service, ridiculously fair prices, and a great family owned local business that knows their stuff. I highly recommend this business for your clothing needs!

I absolutely love bringing my items here. They’ve been cleaning my white coats for years and they’re always clean and neatly pressed by the next day. One day I had a pen explode in my front pocket and the ink was so heavy it took 3 days to come off my hands. I was sure my coat was ruined, and I just asked them to do their best at getting it out. The next day I came to pick it up and was astonished. By some dry cleaning miracle they had gotten the entire stain out of the fabric. Like 0 ink visible. They saved my coat because I was honestly planning to just throw it out because of how bad the stain was when I brought it in. The staff are always friendly and polite. They’ve earned a lifelong customer!

Most cleaners I've used previously were simply adequate, but Phoenix is simply in a class by themselves. First, they do all their cleaning on site, so your clothing will be ready the next day. Second, the customer service is super very friendly they quickly retrieve your clothing by your name -- they don't even use tickers and never have to hunt for you clothing. Their prices are great and they even have free coffee!

These folks are stain wizards!! I brought a shirt in a thought was thoroughly destroyed- dark brown rust stains all over. Yet somehow, my shirt came back looking good as new! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great dry cleaner 🙏

Phoenix always does an excellent job with all my clothes. Their same day service is amazing, and the quality is second to none. The staff is very courteous and professional.

Friendly, local dry cleaners and laundry doing quality work. Especially important to me is the fact they have an overnight drop-off. The crew has always been friendly and accommodating...especially with those of us who do not actually live in the area and have been sidelined by the pandemic. I just wish they were open on Saturdays.

There prices Beat every cleaner in town. No kidding. All the other cleaners have these strange stipulations and Definitely charge way to much. Phoenix Cleaner's have rare these days old fashioned hospitality and good morals.Im more than impressed. And the employees and there work are very professional. I honestly can't say enough good things about Phoenix. Their in-house service is exceptional, but with their new service I don't think I'm ever going to do my own laundry ever again. Being a bartender means I often work late hours, but being able to have my laundry picked up before going to work, and the next morning my clothes arrive clean and folded? That's service I'll never forget.

I have used Phoenix Cleaners for more than ten years! I recommend them highly as they provide excellent service and are always extremely professional and courteous. They are terrific at removing stains and pressing clothes so that they look brand new!

I'd never used a service like this, so I wasn't really sure what to expect.

They picked up the laundry as scheduled, taking my big, canvas bag if loose clothes, returning the next morning to drop off perfectly folded, fresh smelling goodness.

It's not something I'll need to do every week, but I'll definitely do it again when time is short, or I just want to deal with one less hassle.

I was in a PINCH this week, and needed to do a load of laundry for my business fast. Like turnaround in a couple hours. The guy who answered the phone made it sound like no problem, met me at the door, and then made sure that the laundry was done a half hour ahead of when I neede to pick up. Great service! Side note, such a great little old architectural building on the edge of downtown.
