Do not trust Mary in the slightest. I am in an absolutely horrific situation because of her. I hired Mary on October 26th this year to represent me. I have a signed agreement that she wrote along with a signed credit card authorization form to pay her. We have emails with her, phone calls and she even contacted opposing counsel. I hired Mary to appear on my behalf for a hearing set on November 14th. She knew about this hearing per the emails. She knew exactly what I hired her to do. I called Mary the first week of December as I had not heard from her but wanted to make sure everything went well and if she had heard anything from opposing counsel. Her response absolutely shocked me. Mary said, I never charged your card, so I was not you attorney and did not go to the hearing. I am now in default; I will most likely lose my property now and the $130,000 I put down along with destroying the value of my property. Mary cost me close to a million dollars and did not even care to call me or email me to tell me she was not going to show up. By the way, opposing counsel's office is about 100 yards from her office... Could it be they are working together? There will be a malpractice suit against Mary for all my losses. But I am taking to review for now to warn anyone who is considering hiring Mary. Do not do it!

Interesting... court documents show she was my attorney.... She got paid, didn't do most of the work. I traveled over 60 miles to get documents to her and then she didn't show up in court and left me standing there alone.
