Very very helpful staff. Clean unit and they went way out of their way to make sure we had what we needed coming 12 hours out of town to do business with them. Another storage facility down the street could not be bothered and insisted on having paperwork filled out on site during the week. Everything was ready when we pulled in, signed the paperwork, saw the unit and paid the folks. If I could I would give them an extra star for the service and support...

The owners are kind of stick to the rules and not too much of a break oh, what the units are clean but I do not like the gravel roads going through there. I think that he ought to at least put down asphalt so it makes a little bit cleaner on your items in case a drop or in your shoes and not get that gravel mud all over your vehicle. But the prices are very fair and the units are clean

We are in the process of moving to Fairfield Glade and were looking for storage units big enough for our belongings. We rented 2, 1 climate controlled 10X20, and 1 10X20 big enough for the Wrangler. No other place had units this big when we were looking and Mr Bowman has been great to work with. Cash or check, no credit cards. This has met our needs.

I have had this unit quite some time I have never had any complaints I mean it's too wonderful The Price is Right the ownership is wonderful just wonderful and I a lot of people just not like security and having time certain times to be able to go in and go out but I like it
