3rd & Cincinnati Lot

I went here to use the Bank of America ATM. Have been there many times and only once was the ATM down. It's the closest BoA ATM to Osage casino which comes in handy.

Automated payment station has a card reader in need of service. The depth stop is damaged and you can lose your card in the slot.

What can I say , this is a parking lot and you have to pay just to park, this type of robbery should be outlawed or at least benefit the people and helpful organizations of Tulsa and never an individual owner, especially if they don't even live in Tulsa.

This lot is located at a perfect place. Multiple hotels, Tulsa PAC, all the 2nd Street restaurants, the boxyard, all within a very short walk distance. Unfortunately, Secure Parking used to be a good company that would work with it parkers. Since Covid started, they have got greedy and turned into the likes of American Parking and SP+. Their new app, "Secure-A-Spot" is a joke and freezes up. When I submitted an appeal for a ticket I got after I tried to pay using their app no one ever responded in the "will respond in three business days" forcing me to pay $70. Terrible.

The parking lot has very poor markings for spaces. We got there after many cars were already parked, some of which were double parked. They charged us $30 in fines for double parking When there was no other choice. Plus there was an attendant standing right there. I refuse to pay it

This lot directly in front of the PAC is $4 for one hour of parking, and then every extra dollar it took from me gave me one extra minute. Much better and cheaper lot on the other side of Cincinnati

This company is awful! Tried to use their new app and it wouldn't work for us. And we were waiting on a response from them and they took forever so instead of paying the $30 ticket it went to a $70 ticket.

Printer didn't work over a week and six phone calls to get a refund. Not impressed at all with the service
