AT&T Store

Representatives Nora and Abby were a pleasure to work with. The issue was a bit complicated, but they stayed on it with a positive attitude until they had resolved the issue. I am very happy with the service received, very friendly and professional. The previous day I had spent hours on the phone with customer service who was unable to help me, but the representatives at this location were able to identify and correct the issue for me. If I ever run into any other ATT issues, this would be the location I'd return to. Thank you Nora and Abby!!

Holly was extremely helpful in trying to understand the issues we were having trying to replace my mothers phone who is on a prepaid plan. She was able to solve the problem that the Ada store was unable to resolve!

Cassidy Clifton and her manager has went above and beyond what her job is. I was being over charged and she went and talked to her manager Chris and they did everything they could to fix my situation and I am very pleased with everything they have done for me. Richey at the att store in Seminole Oklahoma was the the best person ever had to deal with the at the store he was very polite and understanding with what I wanted didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t ask for and make sure I understood everything that we was doing I can say he is definitely a asset to that store and to the company

To say we were helped is an understatement. Richie went above and beyond to help solve ALL of our problems. We came in to get a new phone and ended up staying well over TWO hours because he went out of his way to help solve other problems we were having with other devices. He deserves a raise and an award of some kind. Love having this store so close to home.

I came into AT & T needing a new phone. Nathan was very helpful. Sandra worked tirelessly transferring all the information to my new phone. She was very kind & courteous. Nora assisted her when things became a little complicated due to the fact that I could not remember my password. They are true assets to AT &T. Thank you again!

Nathan was very knowledgeable, explained the bill, did everything we asked, actually looked for ways to say us money. He did great, sold us the phone we wanted, took the time to install a screen protector and explain the warranty and why its better to get one from att instead of a cheap one on line. The Seminole store definitely stands out as a great Att store
