What a wonderful hidden gem on a wonderful island. Lots of historical information and artifacts in the Lighthouse Museum. Quaint gift store with numerous handmade and local crafts. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous.

The oldest winery in South Carolina. So worth the trip to Daufuskie Island. Tasted 3 wines. All very good and friendly service. The grounds were simply beautiful! If we had more time would have grabbed a few glasses and relaxed outside, but, we had other stops to make.

Be sure to check out the small museum and gift shop. Highly recommended!

A charming little place off the beaten path on Daufuskie Island. We learned so much about the history of the area in just a short time. They were out of their local wine so we look forward to trying it on our next trip. Cheers!

It's pretty evident that the owner, Summer, takes a ton of pride in where she lives and how she runs her business. Not only was she personable, but she also has one of the coolest spots on the island. A must see!!!

Summer, is a wonderful person that manages this place and has made this a delightful, must visit destination on the island. Summer was very welcoming and laid back. We stayed here for quite a while. You can have a tasty beverage while you look around all the neat merchandise and the artifacts in the museum. Lots of great history of the area inside. Have another beverage while you walk the grounds and try to spot the family of bald eagles that has taken up residence in the trees nearby. There's even a box with binoculars that assists you in watching the eagles. The grounds are great and make for a quaint place to buy a bottle of wine on site along with some provisions bought on site to have a little snack and relax. Very welcoming to kids and our daughter loved picking out a toy pirate ship to take home with us. We had a great surprise experience here and would recommend it to anyone visiting the island for the day or staying on the island and wanting a repeat place to visit.

A cute hidden gem, tucked on the side of the road. The live oaks are beautiful. Too bad they were out of their wine when we visited.

Hate we didn't make it on a day they were open but, we will certainly be back to get the whole experience soon.

This is an incredible establishment. Such care has been put in to really make it a remarkable experience. The care they have taken and the selection of the products are very cool.

Cool history, pretty grounds, nice artifacts inside museum.
There is an admission fee of $5 a person unless you buy anything from the gift shop or if you make a donation.

If you're on Daufuskie Island, definitely a must do. Watch the movie covering the history. Not usually my thing but pretty interesting. Enjoy

So much history in this place, we went back 2 more times and we still saw things we missed. The store is uniquely cool with the Island vibes.

We still have not been while the museum part is open, however the grounds are absolutely beautiful! We walked around and and saw the "Almost an Angel" Oak, the vineyard area, and even Pappy the alligator! There is also a canoe that the Native Americans made a couple of centuries ago.
