Great company clean buses cold ac

The bus arrived on time. However, there was dust and cobwebs throughout. The bus also had a musty odor. The driver needed turn by turn directions, although he was given the itinerary before arriving. It was rainy and the bus DID NOT have adequate wipers. At one point, he stopped in the middle of the highway to make repairs. He rode the line the entire 2 hours to the location. Other drivers made him aware of this by honking. BUT, I would have NEVER typed all of this IF the driver was not RUDE! We had women 80y/o plus on this trip. Some had wheelchairs and walkers. We also had toddlers on the bus. The driver refused to pick these individuals up at the drop off point, making them walk across two parking lots back to the bus. He said it was too much work to drive to get them. The fact that this bus was raggedy would have never made this post if he had not watched my 82y/o grandmother hike across that lot. We asked twice and he refused. I also requested that he turn the lights on so these ladies could see their way off the bus, as it was dark. No action was taken on his part. The cost was paid, along with his meals, and entry to the attractions. He had to reason to treat them this way.

We plan a church trip with Midway Tours to Charleston visit African International Museum and to see lights at James Island. The charter bus spell like roach spray and the scent was horrible. Of course one passenger killed a roach crawling on the window. It was dusty and not well kept. The driver state that the company had several bus but from appearance the bus wasn’t driven in a while. The bus was not clean, and smell horrible. The driver road the yellow line the entire trip. As we were on I26 and 95 , cars were constantly blowing their horn because he was not keeping the bus in his lane. We will do our research the next time before we booked a charter bus from any company.

The website states they have wifi, but when you get on the bus, they tell you wifi isn't on that bus. Poor communication with there customers. Rode overnight from SC to Miami, FL and the driver wanted to keep turning the music up and play inappropriate music.

*Find another company* The worst tour bus company I've used. Currently stuck at the Port of Miami because the bus isn't here. They knew what time the ship was returning, but didn't feel the need to be here. The time is currently 9:33am and the ship has been back since around 7am.
