BenchMark Physical Therapy

I was involved in a car accident and referred to Benchmark for therapy. I had no idea how helpful it would be! Jenna and her team are very thorough, very intentional and push you to maximize your recovery in a very positive way. They incorporate dry needling as part of the care and I found this to be a very helpful addition to my treatment. Would highly recommend!

Jenna is the PT I had the pleasure of working with. I HIGHLY recommend ya’ll who need physical therapy to get with Jenna at Benchmark in Moore. Jenna introduced me to ‘dry needling’ which is like acupuncture but different. Those needling treatments were a tremendous help to the pathway to my recovery. In addition, she stayed on top of my home program to ensure I didn’t skip a beat with my exercises.

And I ABSOLUTELY love June! 😊 Ya’ll have to find out for yourself who I’m referring to.

Benchmark PT in Duncan was recommended to me through George Sink after a car accident where myself and my husband sustained injuries. Jenna the Physical Therapist and Deandra the secretary were always smiling and receptive to all of our bodily complaints and appointment needs. Our therapy went smoothly and as the weeks wore on I felt better and better...until today I graduated. I highly recommend Jenna Moskow for your therapy needs, she treats everyone with dignity and respect and really listens and reflects your progress through her care planning. Thank you ladies !!!! And....they play good 🎶 music to do your therapy to !!!

I’m thankful my doctor referred me to BenchMark physical therapy in Spartanburg SC. This treatment gets results right away. No pills, no surgery. I highly recommend this office to address any chronic pain you may be dealing with.

I would highly recommend BenchMark if you need physical therapy. It is a clean friendly environment. Caddi is wonderful! She is encouraging and doesn't put a lot of pressure on you. Caddi has been very knowledgeable and helpful in my recovery process. Christine has also been very friendly and professional in helping with scheduling and checking out. She also offered words of encouragement during my time there. I am thankful that our paths crossed and glad to know they are there if I ever need them again.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Benchmark in Duncan. Ali, the physical therapist, and Kamisha, the office manager were terrific! Ali was very knowledgeable. My workouts were well planned and challenging and my progress was carefully supervised. Truthfully, the results exceeded my expectations. Also, the atmosphere was relaxed, lots of good conversation and fun. Would highly recommend.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Could not have asked for a better experience. Christine and Caddi are so friendly, caring, and good at their jobs. I always felt comfortable being there. Such a positive environment. They really listened and followed up on things I would’ve never expected them to remember. Caddi came up with such effective exercises to help my pain and Christine made scheduling/rescheduling and payments so easy. They’re seriously the best! I’m actually going to miss seeing them 2x a week!

First off, Kamisha is so professional, always working with you in such a pleasant yet efficient manner. Her smile and laughter are contagious, no matter how bad you feel, she makes you feel better.
Ali D., she is such a knowledgeable therapist. She always explains what she does and WHY she does it. I am on a quick road to recovery and its all because of the treatment and guidance I receive from Ali. My surgeon is EXTREMELY satisfied with my progress!.

I just completed my PT it's graduation day, whoot! What an Amazing experience. Ali & Kamisha made PT fun. The laughter went along way in my therapy. These ladies are so personable, you feel like your right at home. And I leave with the necessary tools and better understanding on how to move forward and stay on target. The dry needling along with exercise specific for the areas I need took my pain from High to very low. I am so thrilled with my progress. I Highly recommend Benchmark.. don't wait... Go see Ali!!

Worker's comp sent me to BenchMark for my wrist injury. I'm so glad to have Caddi as my physical therapist. She is understanding and very knowledgeable about her work. My wrist is stronger now than it was before my injury.

I called inquiring about rehabilitation for my teenage son’s knee and I had the pleasure of speaking to Kamisha. She honestly was one of the most kindest and professional people I’ve encountered thus far. She was very knowledgeable about her company and gave me great information. Her excellent customer service just made my day! You don’t find a lot of quality customer service people these days so I was very thankful for that! A lot of times people write reviews when they’ve had a negative experience, but I think positive experiences deserves to be acknowledged too!

Fantastic!! I was here as a student physical therapist and could not have asked for a better experience. Ali and Kamisha provide the best care for every patient that walks through the door. I truly felt like I was learning from the best in the business! I will always recommend them to my friends and family. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Benchmark PT staff are totally amazing with what they do. They are not only knowledgeable but compassionate about your physical health. You rarely come across a team of people who work well together for the benefit of the patient.

Benchmark Physical Therapy in Duncan SC is First Class. I personally needed breathing and muscle therapy due to long haul CoVid-19 symptoms. Allie, Kamisha, Sierra, and everyone at this Benchmatk offer were wonderful and very caring and supportive. I literally could not stand from a chair and could not get myself up off of the ground. Breathing was initially very difficult. The whole team worked with me until I could perform all of my daily functions again without loosing my breath The support of the entire staff was tremendous. They really care about you as a person and about your progress. They gave me activities to work on at home and these have helped immensely. I would highly recommend Allie and her entire team at Benchmark Physical Therapy to anyone that is in need on any form of Physical Therapy. Thank You Allie, Kamisha, Sierra, and everyone at Benchmark PT!! You are the BEST!!

I loved working with Ali and the team at Benchmark in Moore! I went for 8 weeks and am feeling so much better! Ali is very in tune with her patients and is creative and individualized. She listens and cares! Would highly recommend Ali and her whole staff!

Leah was an awesome therapist. She really took the time to customize my plan of care to maximize my recovery. She is new to the Duncan team but she definitely knows her stuff. The SOC Kamisha was so efficient with my scheduling and answering my questions. Mrs Kamisha really , in my opinion, exceeded your mission vision,values.

I love this place for several reasons. One is that it is surprisingly close to home and I don't have to fight a bunch of crazy, in-town traffic to get there. But the biggest reason I love this place is the people. My physical therapist is not just a physical therapist...she's a DOCTOR of physical therapy! Her name is Alison D'Alessandro and she's amazing! She's super smart and has helped me so much! Not just with bringing healing, but in helping me understand what has happened and why we're doing what we're doing to make it better. I also love her assistant, Kamisha Latimore! She has the most amazing attitude I think I've ever witnessed. She's ALWAYS smiling and laughing, accommodating and welcoming. These two ladies make going to PT really enjoyable! I definitely want to come back here if I have to have PT again! Oh yeah...and they play a wide range of GREAT music in there too! 😉
