The coolest atmosphere around! Incredible food and service. Gotta be the best experience my family and I have had while dining in Bristol! Try everything, try it all! Very very good food! I had the chicken and waffle!

Amazing atmosphere and dining experience. Hostess was very welcoming. Waitress was very kind and attentive. My guest and I tried the beet salad and the veggie panini and both were excellent. They offer breakfast and lunch options along with a variety of drinks and dessert options. There is a bar area if you would like to seat yourself there.
If there is no parking on the street there is a side parking lot that is free specifically for the restaurant.

Wow! I live no where near here but I’d still say this is my new favorite restaurant. The interior decor and music were totally my style for a brunch place. (I gathered inspiration for my therapy office actually! lol)

Our server Kristen was great. She helped me make decisions on what to get with a vegan diet and promptly answered any questions I had. And the for purpose of offering all the praise I can (not that I was looking for any of the qualities, but I’d love for her and management to see just how impressed I was!): she had great positive energy, described the specials with sufficient details, was efficient, attentive, personable, friendly, well groomed… all the great traits of a server that make an experience 👌🏻👌🏻

This is the breakfast bowl turned vegan and I actually loved it. Most times I order something like this at places it’s super greasy and not too flavorful. I don’t know how they cooked this but it was great!!! A lighter oil with a packed flavor. Delicious.

My husband loved his cherry limeade cider and check out this presentation of the ginger fizz.

Freakishly good! The Monte Cristo is the best sandwich we have ever eaten. The Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich with goat cheese, spinach and bacon was also outstanding. Madeline, our server behind the bar, was super sweet. So glad we stopped.

Was at a private event at Bloom this evening. I must comment on how attentive and aware the waitstaff was. Every person who worked here was moving and working hard tonight. I hope every one of them feels the appreciation from all of us who have felt this wonderful evening/event. To top it off..........The food was as good as the service! Will shout through the mountain tops how wonderful the pairings and flavor profiles were. Excellent! *****

Spacious cafe/restaurant. Sandwiches were delicious! They also had a small selection of beer. Staff were experienced. Cool atmosphere. 100% will return!

I have eaten there many times. The food has always been delicious! Recommend biscuits and gravy, honey chicken sandwich, any salad.

A fun little spot in the middle of small town Bristol, VA. We came from out of town for a wedding and was looking for a brunch spot, and this was it. They have a lot of great food, and perfect for anyone looking for gluten free options, hard to find in a small town! Their menu was labeled and servers double checked when I had questions. So good we even went back a second day. They were out of the gluten free bread, so substituted with Cauliflower Naan, really good as well! All of their desserts are gluten free too!

My husband and I went for brunch. We made reservations which I highly recommend. The service was excellent and the food portions were huge. I got the spinach, mushroom and goat cheese quiche. He got the loaded biscuits and gravy. I had 2 mimosas. If you want more bang for your buck I suggest the flight.

The food is delicious, the coffee is wonderful, the atmosphere in their new space is refreshing, and the employees are so nice. I am so proud of the owner Em, her brother Josh, and the entire team for creating such a beautiful restaurant in the heart of our downtown. I have always tried to visit Bloom at least once a month since they planted roots in 2017, and it has been rewarding to see it blossom into something so amazing. We love Bloom! (P.S. Get the fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese if they’re on the menu when you go!)

We went for brunch and had a good experience. If you are planning to go, make sure to get a reservation as many people were turned away due to a lack of seating.

Our app was the spinach & artichoke dip. It was good and had tons of grated parmesan over top, which can be mixed in.

I also had the munchies burrito, which had fried chicken, fries, jalapeños, eggs, and some other things inside. The portion size was very large and I could not finish the entire dish, but it was very good and well seasoned.

Overall, a good experience and I plan to go back!

Ordered to-go as I was passing through town around 9pm and many late options were starting to close — this place looked to offer some higher quality eats, and I’m glad I stopped in!

Had the Korean BBQ sandwich (pork belly) which was AMAZING!! and came with nicely seasoned fries to munch on. Also ordered a Beet Salad, which seemed a bit small portioned but was full of flavor.

Side note: Great bathroom facilities 😌

New location is beautiful and good is even a step up if possible!! YUM! Excellent service and the food quality is so good!! I had the biscuit and gravy and I "hooked it up" (according to menu) w chicken and an over medium egg. Crazy good!
My friend had an excellent omelette and cheesy grits that were the lightest I've ever had.
Their latte is amazing too. I cannot wait to go for dinner! 🤞

Wonderful quality! The quiche and all salad is fresh and fast. Cuban coffee is to die for! We had the egg sandwich w goat cheese this time and it was perfect.

Updated: Visited the new, expanded location just across the street from their old location. Wonderful service and quality!! Can't wait to try dinner service. We had a taste of the mini biscuits and jelly from the chef. Then my husband got the burger which was great! Loaded w cheese and bacon and an egg on a bakery bun. I got the Lettuce wraps with pork belly and collard kimchi. Yum! Wish they gave a bigger serving of the kimchi! Highly recommend.

Drew was our server and did a fantastic job! Just enough attention while recognizing we were there for Valentine’s Day brunch. The food was exceptional and the lattes were hot and cozy. I had the spicy chicken and waffles and the hubby had the grits bowl. We also tried the deviled eggs and fried green tomatoes. We’ll be back to try dinner.

The staff there is top notch! Servers are down to earth and make you feel at home 🥰 The chefs bar is under-rated, fix that by opting for a seat there and watch the kitchen make edible art! I'm a good ole southern girl so I always test out B&G at every restaurant and this one is 🤌
Don't forget to stop by the host stand so they can ensure you get optimal seating. Also just stop by because this isn't a seat yourself restaurant, unless you wanna vibe at the bar! The bar staff is friendly and works fast, efficiently all while ensuring you feel welcome. Also full food menu at the bar! Reservations are recommended but not required. I certainly can vouch for that, as they try to accommodate walk ins but sometimes have a wait. If you don't want to risk waiting you should 100% make reservations for weekend brunch. Everyone loves brunch!

My family took me to Bloom to celebrate my 6th year in business as a Wedding and Event Planner! This was our first time checking out the place. It was awesome! From their focus on inclusivity to the delicious food, our visit was amazing! Thank you to the wonderful staff that took care of us!

Food and service were great.
The stools overlooking the kitchen area are terrible. The seats have a sharp edge that digs into your legs as you eat.
You need to take the seats off and run a 3/16 rounding bit over them to make them less painful.
Other than that weird flaw on 5 seats in a out of the way section of the restaurant this place is pretty great!

Had brunch a few times and dinner once! Everything is always delicious. Good drinks, good food, and love the atmosphere. Definitely a must in Bristol.

So delicious! Everything was so flavorful, fresh and super yummy. Also everyone who works there is so thoughtful, kind and have great energy. We totally loved this place and can’t wait to go back!

Stopped in while walking State St., downtown Bristol. The brunch was just amazing! We had chicken and waffles as well as the Bible Belt BLT. The staff was amazing, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to be served by! Highly recommended, but you'll want to make reservations!
