Great food and service. Huge portions. Very unique atmosphere. It's been open since 1923 and well worth the trip. Definitely a must try! Fantastic onion rings!

Featuring many sandwiches, hamburgers and other grilled items, including one of the regional favorites 'slawburger.'
On this occasion I didn't have the slaw on my double cheeseburger 🍔but did run it through the garden! A charming and tasty delight on the square in Fayetteville...parking is easy and free and the people are friendly!

8oz charbroiled Angus Ribeye steak with side plus salad bar for only $10.99. Tender meat cooked exactly as I asked. Onion rings where huge & yummy. Salad bar was nice for this smaller restaurant. Indoor & outdoor seating. Fun, easy-going atmosphere and decor, with tables, booths and bar stools. Friendly waitress. And tons of desserts if you have a sweet tooth :-)

Stopped here during a work trip and it was so great! Loved the atmosphere and food. I tried the double slawburger and I would 100% eat it again. If you’re in the area definitely give it a try!

Honey's soft serve in a waffle cone definitely hit the spot. Great prices and friendly service. Old time counter service, booths and a home town feel.

Very friendly and the food is great. I drive about 35 - 45 minutes to there it's that good.

Very good "Slaw Burgers" try the slaw! Add it to your burger, you won't be disappointed. Great Experience

Like most small southern town diner/restaurants. The slaw burger is sweet tangy mustard based. Delicious!

I decided to try something nontraditional. I had the eggs and baloney with biscuit and gravy. The gravy was outstanding. The biscuit was very good. I'm not sure I am a fan of the fried baloney.

We stopped there on a ride to Lewisburg for a late lunch. We were a bit hesitant because of some of the reviews but there wasn’t much else open at 3 pm. I got the double cheeseburger and fries and both were REALLY good! The two folks I was with got the slaw burger and the fried balogna sandwich as well as both getting a salad. Both enjoyed their food. It’s not a fancy place, kinda like an old fashioned diner with booths, a counter, and old wooden floors.
We all enjoyed our meal and plan on eating there again the next time we ride through. Service from the three girls was excellent!

Great find! The history and atomsphere takes you back to a simpler time! Ordered the Original Slaw Burger $1.99 and onion rings for $2.49, both were awesome!!!

Hamburger steak and onion rings were delicious! Ladies are so friendly! Sundrop float was yummy as well!

Grew up eating slaw burgers. Came back to visit and it was great. Just called from Michigan wanting slaw and she was so polite! I love Tennessee

My wife and I were headed home to Huntsville and decided to drive through downtown Fayetteville and try to find a place to eat lunch. Honey's looked good, so we took a chance. My wife ordered a burger, while I ordered a ribeye steak with shrimp. Both were delicious. The wait staff was short handed, but they hustled and made sure everyone had their food in a timely manner. It was a great place to relax and enjoy lunch. We will definitely be back.

Granted all the negative reviews pouring in after one customers libel, it baffles me why people are the way they are. The customer service is top notch; even on busy days. For an example; Around 12 pm, seemingly it’s busiest hour of the day, I was seated immediately and asked how I was, what I would like to order, etc. The food came out very promptly and fresh.Mr. McAllisters presence is always apparent when you step inside and is comforting to know that the owner takes pride in his restaurant and employees. I’ve never had an issue dining here and will continue to praise this nostalgic piece of Fayetteville history.

Honey's is absolutely amazing. First off oh, just the fact that the place is as old as it is it still going is great an ad on top of that you can still set up an actual old fashioned countertop makes it even better. As far as the food, out of this world. The menu is expensive everything is done just right oh, and the fries are huge and NOT over boiled in Greece. Nice and fluffy on the inside. Only place that beats the french fries buy a hair is 3rd Base Grill down in Huntsville. Other than that they're matched. I make the trip up there once a week to work on a friends Giant model train layout and I stopped in here hi there every week or every other week prices are pretty good and service is great. Definitely worth the trip.

The slawburgers are the best! Fries are hand cut and perfect. The service is great and won't let your iced tea glass go dry. Very cool place with old school charm. Lots of pictures of real and movie mob bosses on the walls.
