This is a great restaurant to visit if you're looking for an amazing atmosphere and extremely delicious food! We enjoyed the chicken fried steak which was amazing and the service was outstanding too! The decor here is great and will leave an impression on dinners, especially those from out of town! I will definitely come back here and highly recommend this place!

Had a FABULOUS 52nd birthday dinner here! Food and drinks were superb. Beautiful atmosphere. Excellent wait staff. Located in The Stockyard. Lovely dining areas inside or outside with a view of fountain.

Patricio was amazing! He was so patient, and he explained the cuts of the steak impeccably! He was very polite and observant and all times! We will be back again next week and of course we will request Pat 😊

Everything on the lunch menu looked deliciously appealing. I had trouble narrowing down my choices to just one. At her server's recommendation I picked a prime rib sandwich and it was scrumptious. The prime rib sauce was mouthwatering. My companion had the chicken fried chicken which was also delicious in every way from the garlic mash, smoky gravy and spicy seasoned batter. The dining room is incredibly well done. It's eye candy for anyone who appreciates interior decor with a modern western vibe. I never saw the bottom of my drink glass thanks to an attentive server. The final tab was reasonable for a higher end lunch.

Loved 97 West Kitchen& Bar. We had breakfast two days in a row during our stay at Drover.

Enjoyed their food. Liked the patio seating. Sipping coffee while admiring the beautiful landscape. Very relaxing.

I came with my family for Christmas brunch and the food was fantastic, atmosphere was awesome, but the service was the best. Taylor was our server and she straight knocked of out of the park. So sweet, funny as heck, genuine with recommendations. Excellent service!

We came here for our anniversary and thoroughly loved it. Everything from the deviled egg appetizer, the blueberry salad, perfect filet, to the Texas sheet cake was amazing. It is rare for me to be so completely satisfied with the quality, service, and value, but this place does it.

Love The Drover and 97 West Kitchen. We stayed at the hotel the first few days they were open. In fact, we were the first guests to ever stay in the room. We love the sophisticated western vibe. We’ve enjoyed dinner a couple of times at 97 West, most recently for our anniversary and the food and cocktails were excellent. Highly recommend!

This was an exceptional meal!! Our waiter, Michael, was on top of his game…good job! Don’t forget to order the bread pudding.

My wife and I ate at the inside bar (first come seating) due to the restaurant being booked through lunch until their 2 pm close before dinner. The bartender was awesome. Great service and extremely friendly. He took the time to show us around the hotel, including the barn, and outside walk path next to the river. The food was great. I highly recommend the hot dog believe it or not! The drink prices were priced middle of the road. Drink selection was pretty good too.

Beautiful hotel even more amazing landscaping and flowers on the property. Decided to take my mother here for her birthday brunch she is a lifelong fort Worth resident we lived in the stockyards so this was a very special treat for her to get back to go back to the stockyards and eat and see how they remade the stockyards. It has a lot of modern amenities beautiful landscaping beautiful rooms the food was amazing. The view was unbelievable in the server think his name is Jackson was amazing very nice polite was attentive food portions were huge the crab benedict was amazing the potatoes need a little bit more but maybe I just like my food seasoned would definitely go back..

Took the wife here for Valentine’s Day dinner. They had a special three course menu. I had the arugula salad with edible flowers. We both had the filet and was hands down the best most tinder filet I have ever had. The atmosphere is pretty awesome to look at and the patio is amazing. Love all the western art in and around the hotel. The Cheyenne chocolate cake was good but had quite a kick to it. I can’t wait to come back and try a ribeye.

We made a reservation and our table was ready on time! We arrived early to have a drink it the bar.

Our appetizer was the pork belly deviled eggs. Delicious.

I had the Ribeye with potatoes and added a sode of Brussel sprouts (my favorite) and my husband had the Carpetbagger Steak with friend oysters.
The restaurant was beautiful and service was on point.
We throughly enjoyed everything we tried.
We will go back!!

We had brunch here last Saturday & it was so delicious that I begged for dinner reservations (on a Saturday night, during rodeo time, & for 6 people!) & the wonderful Hotel Drover made sure it happened! We got to sit at a table that I’ve dubbed the chef table since you have a perfect view of the kitchen! It was so cool & so yummy! Perfect for my dad’s surprise 73rd birthday weekend!

Oh my gosh this was the most delicious Caesar salad I’ve ever had! Thank you! The dressing is so tangy and decadent and fresh! The crab dip with tortilla chips and mushrooms is incredible. Terry is so lovely thoughtful and fun! Thank you!

Had a great dining experience at 97 West. Right by the Stockyards. Fun environment and really good food. Highly recommended on your next visit to Texas.

Great food and service. We got last minute for brunch on a hot Sunday afternoon and they found us a table and service was amazing. The food was delicious. Y’all have to try the sweet and spicy bacon with corn bread 🤤. Location is inside the Drover Hotel so free parking is hard to find. Valet is $10. Price is $$. The place is beautiful as well.
