Absolutely wonderful to deal with!! The service manager was in the middle of grabbing a bite to eat during lunch hours and dropped everything for me. He greeted me and didn't hesitate to jump in my problem and help me out. I needed a key programed and he had me in and out with a working key in no time. The fact that he literally dropped everything (including his meal) for a walk in was absolutely awesome. I cannot thank him enough, it's rare to find service like this anywhere. He treated me with kindness and respect and just in the short amount of time you can tell this man puts customers first. Thank you so much Mr. Williams for all your help it was an absolute pleasure. You have my business in the future without a doubt.

Purchased a 21 Ram Bighorn here and the managers, along with the salesman, were nothing but great. Had a bad battery shortly after buying and the service department manager was reassuring and very honest with me. Got me back on the road again very quickly. Definitely recommend them.

Great dealership! Found exactly what I was looking for online, made contact with internet sales manager Erik , he was was helpful in assisting me with my purchase. Him and salesman Neil Harris was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was so kind. We had a great time talking with our salesman, Joyner. He was so personable and friendly. They look care of a lot of the paperwork through email while we were still at work and by the time we got to the dealership they had the vehicle we wanted detailed, and pulled up to the front door for us to see. This is Donnie Davis. I had totally the VERY BEST experience I ever had from a service department at a new car dealership. Fayetteville Jeep Dodge in Fayetteville Tennessee. I was there 2/23/2024 for 2 recalls and service on my 2016 Eco Diesel. From the time I arrived check in for the service department was very prompt,efficient, and friendly. Everyone I encountered was very kind and friendly. The GREATEST thing for me was I was out in just a little over 1 hour from the time I arrived at 08:30 am. ALL service was completed to satisfaction and was on my way. The BEST customer service I’ve experienced at a Car Dealership EVER! Great Place to do Business.

Bought my new Chevrolet 1500 ZR2 from here... Ray was my salesman. And was super friendly and a great guy to do business with. He wasn't being pushy or trying to force us in any direction. Overall! Awesome staff to do business with. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK TO DO BUSINESS AGAIN!

Had a great experience ! While we did spend a couple hours here, the staff was awesome! We enjoyed talking to Joyner our salesman, who made sure to never let us feel left out during the whole process. They jumped through so many hoops to make sure we could figure out the best payments and numbers for us. They took the time for us as customers, most other dealerships we have visited wouldn’t take much longer than 30 mins to talk to us. We dealt with Erik, the sales manager & Kevin the owner. Who were all amazing and checked on us multiple times throughout our visit. Each employee we came in contact with seemed genuine and excited to help us. We couldn’t recommend this dealership more!! We will definitely be coming here for any future car needs.

I recently purchased my vehicle from here from Jeff! I would highly recommend going to see him for all your vehicle needs and this dealership. This past week i went for service to get an oil change and tire rotation and it was the best customer service experience I have had as well. Five stars all around. Our family has had terrible luck with cars. Out of 6 years of marriage we have had 14.... now 15 cars. We bought a 2021 dodge charger. Hands down the absolute best experience I've ever had. We came during an upside down event. They were really accommodating, persistent but not pushy. Listened so well to our situation. We couldn't get help from their event because of our situon, but we learned a lot about car financing from everyone out of finance and sales. I came back a couple days later worried about the suspension and they got it in and looked at all for free. Even noticed dome dents and scratches they Said they'd be happy to remove for very little cash. We are here again for our routine oil change. Same friendly atmosphere, same friendly demeanor. Amanda at the desk had a coloring book snd crayons ready for kiddo while we waited. Never going anywhere ever again.

Brad, the sales rep, was very helpful and took time to explain the differences between the Gladiator models. There ws no pressure to purchase a vehicle and all the staff, including Kevin, one of the owners, were attentive and made the purchase of the new Gladiator a non-tressful event.
