God used Dr. Cline to (1) Save my wife's life, (2) Save my life, (3) Save my job. He is a warrior among sheep in the medical community. His commitment to truth and actual healthcare means people flock to him, which means getting an appointments is 6-8 weeks out. So please DON'T go to him ;-).

They fixed a situation for me with records and immunizations that was difficult do to other hospitals lack of coordination. They were professional and kind the entire time.

Towards mid-March 2024, I called Dr. Edwards's office to make an appointment to be seen.
3/18, I got a call to confirm the appointment, also asking me if I changed insurance. I confirmed that I changed insurance. She never asked for any info. This was only my 2nd time seeing Dr. Edwards. I don't see a Dr. unless I really have to. On 3/19, I arrived for my appointment and presented my new insurance for the photocopy to be taken. When being seen by Dr. Edward's, he never mentioned any concerns about my health or issues with my medications. All he did was order refills for my medications. A few days later, I received a copy of my labs with a couple of notes written on them. 1 saying that my chronic kidney disease is stable. 1 saying that he discontinued my Diclofenac. He never mentioned a CKD or the diclofenac during the office visit. I waited a week for my refills before calling the pharmacy to check the status, I was told they never received the new orders. I called Dr. Edwards's office told them there was a problem and what the pharmacy told me. She told me that they were faxed to my old pharmacy. I said, "There's the problem." I mentioned that it's frustrating to wait for refills that aren't coming, I was already low on some and out of others. She automatically went into the blame game. How was I to know that they don't update important information or share it in the office? She asked for the pharmacy information, I gave her the name, phone number, and fax number, and then the call ended. She calls back a short time later to confirm my medications before faxing them to the pharmacy. A couple of hours go by, and I get another call from Dr. Edwards's office telling me that Dr. Edward's said, "If you're that frustrated, just let me know. I'll release you to go elsewhere." She must've forgotten my gabapentin because within a week later, I received everything else. I give it a couple of days, in the meantime, on the phone with the pharmacy to check the status before calling Dr. Edwards's office back to let them know that the pharmacy didn't receive the order for the gabapentin. She said that she would resend the order. A few more days went by, and the pharmacy still hadn't received the gabapentin order. I had some errands to run and stopped in the office to attempt to connect the disconnect. Nurse Jennifer swore that she sent the orders, and I asked which pharmacy. She rolled her eyes and said that she knew she had sent it. I asked what's the best option to relieve the inflammation in my knee. After asking, she said Aleve. She kept shh'ing me, I couldn't tell how loud I was because of clogged ears. A few days later, I received a registered letter from Dr. Edwards expressing the numerous complaints he received about me, how he's not able to effectively communicate with me, and how my behavior was unprofessional. Putting me on notice that if he gets 1 more complaint about me, he'll dismiss me. He strongly recommended I go elsewhere. On 4/16, I saw a new PCP, explained the situation, my CKD was explained as well as the diclofenac. My gabapentin was ordered, and I received it on 4/20. Communication rather than complaints would've prevented the whole thing.

So I called today to verify what my ex-wife told me about what Dr. Kline and his office recommend for my 11 year old daughter on wearing a mask to prevent Covid. I was told he does not believe in mask wearing. It is more dangerous to wear a mask than to get Covid. This is the type of stupidity that can put people's lives in danger. My daughter was born premature and has underlying health conditions with her heart, etc. How do doctors and nurses in hospitals battling Covid every day wear masks if they will hurt you? As a parent with joint custody, with nothing I can do, I have to go along with this so called doctors recommendation.

Update after response:
Dr. Kline should not be giving out personal opinions as a "medical professional," he should be giving out professional recommendations that are supported by the cdc guidelines.

TERRIBLE. I brought my wife here and it was awful, we saw Dr. Danielle and we were told to wait at the back parking lot to come in, they called and we went in, as we were waiting in the room one nurse (can’t think of her name) came in and asked us if we wanted to have any tests done. well, my wife doesn’t have insurance so we asked what the cost would be for a strep test she said she would find out and let us know. she never came back in, doctor danielle came in and was with us MAYBE 5 minutes said she might have strep and her ear was red and prescribed her medicine. we knew there was more to what was wrong than what was said. we paid 75 dollars to be seen for 5 minutes with no tests ran, we had two 2 year olds with us so we went to the car to put them in before paying, the nurse that was with us who was supposed to tell us about the test chased us out and was rude saying we were going to leave without paying, we got into it. she was very unprofessional, i went back in to pay and they were very rude, we needed a work excuse for my wife because she had to leave work early and was very rude about giving us that. when we left we went to another doctor to get a second opinion becuase we knew that it wasn’t what she said, other doctor ran test and my wife has pneumonia and bronchitis and prescribed another medicine as well as an inhaler, if we would have not got a second opinion my wife would have been in terrible shape in the next few days. we WILL NOT be back, worst experience and all they care about is there money.

No one ever knows what’s going on, so regardless as to whether you like your Dr. you can’t get past the staff to deal with the Dr. they obviously have to many patients to care!
