Dr Chris is the best.He is caring and shows great concerns about every health issue I have or ask him about. I'm very comfortable talking to him .He is a very smart doctor and I highly recommend him. His nurse is amazing

They take good care of my mother and sister. Sometimes they need to be reminded to send in prescriptions, but that's almost every clinic with a heavy patient load. Doctor Gafford has GREAT bedside manner!

Dr gafford will lose my business along with all my friends and families business..his staff person Mia is rude, hateful ,will not listen to patients. She acts like she is the doctor and inserts her uneducated opinion , very unprofessional!

Had been going since 2021(-2023) and loved Dr. Gafford, but that took a turn recently. Every time I showed up to my appt I was told something was wrong with my insurance and to call and update it…so I did each time. I was never asked to pay the bill or asked for a payment at all-only to call my insurance. Finally, I decided to just pay the bill to clear the balance but I never could get billing to answer so I could inquire about the charges & take care of the balance. I figured since no one would answer I would just make the payment at my next office visit coming up soon, but one day the office manager called me and accused me of lying about calling my insurance & said they told her I never did. She said the account was ready to be sent to collections if I didn’t take care of it immediately. To have my character questioned over such a small bill…we started investigating farther and come to find out there was documentation that I not only called, but that they were charging me double the contracted rate with my insurance. They also failed to submit several claims under the contracted time allowed and were trying to make me pay for that. When I asked the office manager why she seemed so upset with me when this is the first time anyone asked for payment she replied with “well when the Dr is jumping down my back about this bill and it’s been going on for so long it comes to a head”…except NO ONE asked for payment…they kept telling me something was wrong with what my insurance had on file. I replied that I could’ve been paying this entire time, but I was led to believe there was an issue that I thought I was fixing the few times I had called my insurance. There is something fishy going on…either someone isn’t doing their job, they’re trying to overcharge on purpose, or something isn’t adding up. The amount I truly owed was ~1/4 of what the actual bill was so we paid that same day and the mgr stated she would get Dr Gafford to look over the rest. That was almost a month ago and no one has reached out since. Hindsight, I don’t recall ever getting routine bloodwork done ever in the 2 years I was there…I do not recommend.

He might seem like a nice dr to your face but he could care less about you as a patient

Lost my business over a nurse named Mia. She is absolutely aweful. Snotty, stuck up, argues with patients, and absolutely doesn't listen because she's too busy walking out the door instead of doing her job. Dr. Gafford was good doctor, but won't call you back and listens to Mia instead of his patients. Doesn't care that she's losing him business. If his office calls you to collect on $5.00 bill before invoice comes out, sounds like he can't afford to lose more business over his nurse!!!

Patients DO have rights and we are allowed to have opinions as to the medical treatment we receive. I don't believe just because your a "doctor " you have the right to make the final decision on the best care for an individual. That right belongs to the patients alone. But I understand that you lack of compassion and willingness to hear something other than your on opinions makes you just disregard anyone thats "different " very sad thats what your patients deal with
