Rangel's Restaurant

Stopped in here for some lunch. I wanted Mexican and my kiddos wanted burgers. Both were delicious. I must say though, the burgers were outstanding. Omg they were good. If I’m ever passing through there again I’m definitely stopping by to pick up burgers. Totally worth it.

Food was great as well as the service!! If you are driving tru you you need to stop for some good Mexican food !

Just stopped in here while driving through. Extremely nice staff, food was delicious- we would definitely stop here again. Recommend any of the beef/beef fajita dishes. Al pastor plate was great.

We were a group of 8 which trickled in over the period of about 10 minutes. The server was attentive, filling drink orders as we came in. When everyone had arrived, he was quick to take our order. The food arrived promptly. The food was really good. They serve breakfast all day, which was a bonus for me. The chips and hot sauce was yummy. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely go there again.

A pleasant surprise. I honestly wasn't expecting much from the looks of the place from the outside. Just a small town roadside building repurposed to be a restaurant. I had the soft chicken tacos. WOW! I wasn't expecting much more than boiled shredded chicken with some lettuce, cheese, and diced tomatoes. WRONG! Yes, it had that in it, but the flavor was fantastic! I will definitely be going back there in the future.

Really Great Service the waitress so super sweet! Super yummy breakfast food. Eggs were perfectly made and bacon, hashbrowns delicious! Great local place to stop and eat on the way through Sterling City! So very glad we decided to stop here instead of Dairy Queen!! Would definitely stop by again! Thank you for feeding us Rangel's!

Stopped in and got a couple of breakfast burritos before watching my son do track, and it was absolutely delicious!!! I called it in, and it was ready when I pulled into town.

Drive through town on a regular basis. Good family restaurant & was my 1st visit. Good original Mexican food & service. Very small & was told always busy. Had to wait, no problem. Some people walked out, didn't want to wait. Too bad, they shouldn't have been so impatient. Well worth the little wait.

When I come through town for work, me and my wife eat here and the waitstaff and food are.both excellent and the price is very manageable. Excellent breakfast and lunch here. All made from scratch meals.

Outstanding out of the way Mexican resturant. Service was excellent and the food was exceptional for this little West Texas town. This is certainly a "hidden gem" and if you ever go through or near Syerling City, this is a MUST place to stop and eat.

Rangel's was a pleasant surprise. Everytime I get food here the staff is very friendly and polite. The food is always cooked fresh, comes hot, and tastes delicious. Their breakfast burritos and quesadillas are my 2 favorite menu items. The pollo con queso was also delicious and the portions are generous. If you want delicious fresh food from a family style restaurant, you can't go wrong with Rangel's.

Very clean, friendly atmosphere feels like home. The food is authentic like how my mom cooks. Reasonable prices will definitely come again.

If you're in Sterling, or driving by Sterling. This is a must stop! Right off 4th, it's perfect to get to and enjoy the atmosphere. Not a fast food chain or a gas station, it's by far the only place worth eating at in Sterling.

Good food. Not the most authentic but still very good. Great customer service and quick.
