This is a great park and the new management has been super nice and helpful. The park is close to Athens with easy accessibility to everything my family needs. (Also being close to a Buc-ees being close by has its perks!)

Stayed here a couple of months, and it was a good place to stay, quiet and close to Athens and stores. The owner is doing some upgrades and adding more lots so that’s a plus, more people to add to a good place. There are some long term tenants and you can tell by the amount of stuff they have outside. Friendly people everyone minds their business. If you’re down the hill you’ll have low cell phone service, only downfall I could say about this place is that. But the owner can help you get hooked up to some internet just talk to him. Good water pressure and clean lots. If I’m in the area again I’d definitely stay again.

This is a very nice RV park and the new owners/management are doing an amazing job! The park is conveniently located with nearby shopping and I highly recommend it.

Hidden gem, we love living here and its the nicest place. The management is friendly and the park is quiet and peaceful.

The price is right, the area is relatively quiet, and the owner is helpful and understanding. If I needed to, I'd move back here in a heartbeat. Can't recommend this park enough! :)

Nice place! In most cases Owner Terry comes by to meet you. and managers David and Mary are nice and help you settle in.
