The Davis Depot

We stop here each time we are in Canaan Valley. They keep a pretty fresh selection of apparel and stickers. The quality of their merchandise is pretty solid. We discovered this place in 2021, and the shirts we purchased at that time have not faded and are holding up nicely. Also, the stickers purchased and placed on the Jeep and the kids' water bottles remain in place and look like they were just slapped on. Their prices seem more than reasonable, given the quality of the merchandise. They have a website, and it appears that the majority of their merchandise is available there.

Great selection of t-shirts themed from the surrounding area. Also a small backpacking gear section, if you forgot something it would be worth a look. Additionally they have a rack of used ski jackets, etc. Will definitely stop in again on my next visit to Davis.

Really nice little clothing store right in davis. They have very good qaulity clothing, and the staff are super friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are thinking about getting a souvenir t shirt or nice clothing in general. They also have a few camping/ backpacking items.

Stopped in to pick up some Davis West Virginia stickers for the van. They have lots of Davis gear and we're very friendly will definitely be visiting again!

Nice shop. Very friendly staff.

This is Eddie. He is 6’5” tall. His customer service was outstanding, too. We needed to return a water bladder that didn’t fit our camelback. We didn’t have our receipt, but he remembered us and credited our account cheerfully. Now that is great service.

This shop is newish (2 years old) and a great addition to the Davis-Thomas shopping options. There are high-quality and interesting local-themed t-shirts and sweat shirts, water bottles, and refrigerator magnets plus socks and camping/hiking gear. The salesperson (maybe the owner?) was very friendly. I've usually gone to the shops at one of the nearby resorts for t-shirts, but this is a much better option, with lots of children's and youth sizes as well as adults.

I waited to ask a question. The staff member behind the register didn’t say a word to me for what felt like 5 min. As she talked to an old friend. I thought I was being patient but decided to walk away. Another guest walked up to the register at that moment and was helped immediately. I thought it was rude but tried not to take it personally. So I went back up to ask for an item. I’m happy to say they had it. The staff member was really helpful at that time. Just wish she could have said something simple like, “I’ll be right with you mam”. That would have made a big difference. But I’m happy with my purchase.
