Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church

This Church is small with an older population filling the pews. It is beautiful and we have been blessed with priests who care about our souls.

A visitor in town in town to ski, I went to the 9 a.m. Mass this morning. Lovely church, very nice service. As others have mentioned, communion is given as intinction (dipped in the wine) on the tongue, while kneeling in front of a communion rail. The priest sanitizes between administering to family groups. This was actually the first Sunday since COVID I've had the precious blood at all, so it was really lovely.

There is an organist who leads the hymns. Votive offerings are $4. Donations are cash only. Parking is on the street; the roads are gravel but they were extremely well salted and free of snow, which was much appreciated by my Mazda 2. My thanks to the community for allowing me to worship with them today.

My mom's hometown church in Thomas, West Virginia. My mom's graveside memorial service was held the day before I attended Mass here on October 2. Was a very sad time for me. Beautiful church with a lot of history. I have been attending services at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church when visiting in Thomas, since I was a child. The people are always very welcoming.

There is a special vibe to this church. Their adoration to the Blessed Mother is clear. They offer a Latin Mass which is amazing and the priest is wise, traditional, and consistent.
Parking can be troublesome but it is well worth your trip!

Beautiful little church. Traditional mass with organ music. Dedicated priest. Holy communion given on tongue, some prayers during mass were in latin. Memorable experience.

Good and holy priest. True servant of God. Very warm and sincere feeling of peace at Mass. Will visit again when in Davis/Thomas WV
