Kristen did my nails, she did a great job. When my nails chipped after couple days she got me back in, and fixed my nails.

The staff are the best people I've ever met,place smells and look absolutely fantastic and gorgeous!,cute stuff, they have a shop while you wait (which was less then 5 minutes), nothing is to expensive and I don't even know what to say... They're just so amazing!! They have 10% military discount and they do an absolutely amazing job! $80 for a 30 minutes facial and eyebrow wax.. $80!!+ Military discount. Guys!! I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! also, they have little cards they give you for points or something when you leave, so everytime you go back, you can scan them for points. Oh yeah, the facial was behind amazing and I almost feel asleep . They have all sorts of options for facials,comfy heated bed,soft quiet music, and she talked to me while doing my brows,then as soon as she started the facial she was dead quiet then whispered when she was done and let me just lay there while she left... 😍 GUYS GO! 🚗💨

Got my first haircut since I began growing out my hair from Kinsey. I was getting ready to give up on having long hair since it became so difficult to manage but Kinsey did a great job on the cut and communicating what would work best for my hair. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks again!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Rituals! From booking the appointment initially to the actual experience they were wonderful, kind, and so accommodating. I had a massage and facial from two different ladies - both named Angie. I highly recommend them as they listened to my concerns and made everything so enjoyable for me. The whole place is just so welcoming and truly worth every penny. Speaking of, I personally found it very affordable and it was wonderful. They’ve got a returning client for sure.

Often get my Mom a gift card for a massage and nails done. She always leaves feeling like a Queen. Nothing like a good pampering every now and then. Staff is always friendly and courteous when I have called and had any questions. Definitely recommend this place!

I absolutely love the staff at Rituals. Maggie is my personal favorite for getting my facial’s and waxing. She is very knowledgeable about each facial and explains what it is actually doing to help my skin. If you want a great esthetician then you need Maggie! Love her!!!
