We were helped by an AMAZING gal helping out from a North Carolina store. She was so cool, knowledgeable, sweet, fun and down to earth. She helped us get more out of our plans and add another line. She is definitely a big asset to whatever store she is at.

Kylie was very knowledgeable and professional. Once we sat down and got my new phone and watch going her and Max were very quick to warm up to me and joke around. I really appreciate all of that. They truly listened. I did end up bumping up my sales, but I didn't feel pressured. I was simply given all the facts up front and chose those options. Max was training, and was doing an excellent job even though there was a rush going on.

I lost my phone in a cornfield in rural Iowa. We had no luck finding it so we searched and there was a store 10 miles away in Harlan. Jocelyn was fabulous. She stayed with me until we got online and found my Apple password! She sent me on my way with one phone shut down and a new one all loaded up!❤

I had an excellent experience today getting my new phone.

Kylie and Justine were staffing the store with 6-8 customers while I was there. They were very effectively multi-tasking, taking three monthly payments, dealing with a phone that had poor sound quality, one that had a problem with voicemail and applying a protection glass while they were upgrading my phone! You had two ladies taking on the world without any apparent frustration!

Was very happy with her service she answered all of our questions she took the time to help download our phones, did not get rushed or upset when other customers came in. Still took the time to make sure we were okay and comfortable with our phones. She is an excellent representative of that store and deserves a promotion and a raise.

My husband and I walked in there for a SIM card, and walked out with two brand new phones. Kylie S. was INCREDIBLE. Seriously, she needs a promotion, and a huge raise. Hands down, THE BEST service we have had anywhere. Thank you Kylie.

We have Verizon phones but didn't purchase any items in the store so he wasn't making any commission from helping us. I highly recommend Bob and this store. 51537 I had not been in the store for about 2 years because the employees were not very knowledgeable about service. That has all changed. They have new people that know how to fix your problem. Kylie has bent over backwards to solve problems I was having with my phone.

I spoke to Megan before I arrived. She assured me that the store is regularly disinfected and that they required all persons to wear a mask due to covid 19. I arrived and found that all of her assertions were true. In addition, she was knowledgeable and just plain kind. What a refreshing experience. So sad that more merchants don't do the same. I will return!

Prompt and friendly service.

An employee from the Harlan store was filling in at the local store in our town. I spent hours at my local store, working with staff on my new phone issue, with no resolution. So thankful Adrian from the Harlan store was working yesterday. She worked until we got the issue resolved. A very customer service orientated, knowledgeable and professional staff member. She's awesome!

As always these ladies are always helpful and a joy to work with!! Sometimes a little busy but they always make sure to great you and make sure they notice you are there!!

There was only one employee working and up to six customers. Store employee did an excellent job of multitasking whenever possible.
