Visiting out of town and my hearing aid stopped working. Called and immediately got an appointment. They fixed me right up and I was back in business. The office stay were excellent!

Everything from the receptionist to the audiologist was perfect! The hearing test was the most extensive I’ve ever had! No pressure for the sale of hearing aids. I felt like I was talking with an old friend. Very pleasant experience! I will recommend this establishment very highly and very often!!!!!

My experience at Absolute Audio was excellent. I was greeted promptly by the receptionist, Karen. I had a very short waiting time. Then was introduced to Brandy, the audiology technician. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Absolute Audio for any of your hearing health needs.

My wife and I drove 60 miles to have our hearing tested at the Jerseyville office. Brandy does and excellent job with the test and making sure that you are satisfied with your new hearing aids. The wife and I both got new hearing aids and are very happy with them.

I 'm at a loss for words to express how awesome my experience with Absolute Audiology has been.. This group of people provide skilled, compasionate care on every level of their customer service..They are a local business and provide care/service based on your individual needs and resources..

The office is very neat and friendly. The people are nice and very helpful. I liked that the doctor actually talked to me and asked important information that pertained to me and my hearing difficulties.

Was not happy with the charges $100 seemed high . Had the same thing replaced before. at no charge. Have had to have my instruments adjusted several times. Wife has same kind has had vry little trouble form different company has had them longer than i hearing loss is greater notmany problems. Why?

You guys are absolutely the best people a person could ask for! I'm very happy and very satisfied with the service and hospitality Aron, Joy, all of u have done for me!!! Thank u all so much and keep up the great service! Can't thank u enough.....god bless

and unassuming.

Thanks to you I can now hear better than I have for years.
With the available uTV2 accessory I am able to hear the televison
through my hearing aids and finally hear and understand the dialogue
without having the volume so high it is uncomfortable for others.
