I was beyond pleased with Joel and his team at highway 2 homes , in fact he saved the day 😊. I had a situation where I had to have a mobile home moved by a specific deadline and I had everything set up through another mover and then it didn’t happen so With no time left I was desperately calling every mover in the world and getting quoted ridiculous prices ! Or told just no or I wasn’t getting my calls returned at all 🙄
In a last plea I called Joel at highway 2 homes and explained my situation he was extremely swamped due to the weather being unusually warm but he managed to fit me in within like 1 day and was very reasonable ! I wanted to send flowers because I was so happy with their service but my husband said that was cheesy 😂
So I hope a good review works 😊
If you need a mobile home moved I wouldn’t hesitate to call

New house for us

We drove almost two hours to look at a used home they had for sale and it looked nothing like what they had posted on their website. The pictures of the houses they list used are not the current state they are in, and way over priced for used mobile homes that haven't been gone through and fixed up like most used mobile home sales places do.

The most unprofessional sales person I've ever met, and I used to sell cars.

I called 3 days in advance to make an appointment to view some of their homes. It took me 5 phone calls to make that appointment.

I live 2 hours away from Highway 2 Homes, and Joel (their salesman) knew this, because we chatted about that when I set my appointment for 11am. We arrived just a few minutes early. We were told that Joel had run into town, and must have forgotten he had an appointment - a woman I assume is his wife said he does that often. An older woman offered to show us homes but Joel told her over the phone not to, he wanted to do it. They said he would be back shortly. We wandered through their lot unaccompanied until 11:45 and then decided to move on to Frontier Homes.

After a lovely visit at Frontier Homes, and some other errands, we called Highway 2 Homes again, hoping to stop by on our way home. I got Joel on the phone, and rather than apologize for being 45 minutes late for our appointment, just was very short with me about wanting to stop in so close to 5 pm. Despite this, we stopped there at about 4:30.

Our second visit to Highway 2 Homes that day was even worse than the first. When we got inside their "office" which is strewn with children's toys, no one greeted us. I approached the older woman we'd spoken to earlier, and she begrudgingly went to fetch Joel. He was on the phone in another room. We heard him say goodbye to the person on the phone, then he launched into a tirade at the younger woman we'd seen that morning. I will not repeat the rude things he said to this woman, right where customers could clearly hear him. We listened for a few minutes before we left.

DO NOT bother trying to do business with this awful man. If you're looking for a mobile home, I recommend Charlie at Frontier Homes. If you're up for a drive, go to Midway Homes in Grand Rapids, they're nice there too. But whatever you do, avoid the unprofessional, rude man at Highway 2 Homes.

If there was a negative star rating I would give it. My friend has been treated rude and waited months for their home. At no point did they take any accountability for their actions or treat them with respect. I have listened in on conversations and am appalled by the level of disrespectful treatment they have endured. Spend your money elswere where you will get treated with respect and dignity, like you deserve and pay for! Customer service is not what you get. I will never recommend your sorry business nor would I wish this treatment on my enemies!

I didn't do business with them, but they are doing a manufacture home removal behind my home. These guys are very inconsiderate and have trespassed on my property twice and without our permission used our electricity. They also left mess in my yard from their job. Very disappointed with a company that I have never used and now will probably never even consider using!
