Been out with Jim on various trips. ATVing as a buddy. Fishing and hunting. Knowledgeable and extremely personable. He'll do his best to put you on a spot and make it work, ethically and legally. It's called "hunting and fishing" and not "shooting and eating" for nothing though. And your part, despite having a guide, is to sit for hours, don't pee all over your bait, and keep quiet and still.

You do your part, only other thing you need to sweat is hitting what you're shooting at.
