GUESS Factory

Absolutely love this place, especially when they have their sales! Me and my boyfriend always go in and everyone is always so nice! Today we had gone in and were helped by tish and a fellow employee and they went above beyond! I found some boots I absolutely loved and at first we all thought they were out of the size but Tish kept looking in the back and found a 8½. I'm usually a nine but she told me the boots run big and they fit perfect. I was so happy!
We were actually in the checkout line when a fellow customer service rep stopped us and told us that she had found some in the back and had told him over the radio! We were about to leave and I am so happy that they found a 8½!
Thank you so much again Tish and the guest factory team! Always going above and beyond. Definitely will continue to be back!

I have always been a fan of GUESS. Their denim is what got me to change my wardrobe around. My most recent visit here was specifically for new denim. I was looking for something out of the ordinary, and that was just what I did. I ended up purchasing skinny style denim (I have never purchased skinny style denim before).

The customer service here was amazing, and it always has been. It was extremely personalized and engaging. I appreciate the sales representative not trying to upsell other things to me. I made it clear that I was here specifically for new denim, and he respected that. He did everything he could to give me the best service in finding all the denim that I desired. The absence of the upselling made this experience much better for me because it did not distract from what I intended to be there for.

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our visit that lasted about 1.5 to 2 hours, they came by and asked us a couple times if we needed any assistance. Cashier was smiling too.

I traveled from Lansing to Great Lakes Crossing to shop with my daughter. We left a pair of sandals we purchased, called the next day and they shipped them to me, at no charge, and quickly. I really appreciate that because I work a lot and don't have time to go back and get them. The in store staff when I shopped there were friendly, knowledgeable about sizing, and polite.
