BZany Party Warehouse

BZany has been nothing but spectacular in their products, price and service. I knew what bulk products I wanted within a certain price range, and they did the research and provided me multiple options to select from. Everything came in on time, exactly as ordered and priced. They have been supporting our charity golf outing for years and I've never been disappointed. Just love working with the BZany team!

Since my previous review I have ordered 2 more times from BZany. Both times my items arrived in good shape and in a timely fashion. That makes 3 very good experiences and only one bad. I am changing my rating to 5 stars. I'm giving them a pass on my first bad experience as sometimes things just happen. Clearly there is not a pattern here. The items I have ordered have been lower in price than I could find anywhere else, so I would now encourage people to check them out.

Count me in with the unhappy people. I would advise that you do not count on getting the things you order from BZany. I have an order still listed as "in process" now for a month. I finally called, as these were to be Christmas gifts, and was told that they did not have a ship date to offer. I noticed that the items I ordered are no long available. No communication at all. Really, a third-rate operation.

I am happy to update this review. It's true, my first experience was not good. But an item I had been looking for came up on a google search on the Bzany site. I had more flexibility of time so I decided to give them another try. I put the order in, and decided after just a few days to send a message about the order to see if they could tell if these items were indeed in stock. They got right back to me and said yes, they had them and they were being shipped. It didn't take long for them to come either. So I got a difficult-to-find item at a great price, and it came quickly safe and sound. My advice is if you have a concern about a delivery date, don't let it go too long. Be proactive in communicating with them and you should be fine. I am back to being a fan, updating my 1 star to 4, one star down only because of my bad first experience.

I ordered some things from this company and after I placed the order I saw the reviews and panicked. I emailed the company and received prompt and fast response. They were in contact with me and updated me where my order was... I paid express shipping and received it on the day it was meant to arrive.
I would definitely recommend them, was extremely happy with the service.

I ordered 50 small football bowls. I received them in a week. After reading these reviews I got weary and sent an email to the company to confirm. They promptly got back to me and assured that I would receive my order.

People are thinking this is scam but it's not. I ordered back in July. It shipped out October 1st. Got it the 3rd. I believe they don't ship till October like other costume stores. My son was very happy with his Bendy costume!

Ordered a costume on a Monday, paid for 3-5 business day shipping and it arrived on Wednesday no problem!!! The costume is perfect. Exactly what I ordered. Don’t know why all the bad reviews???

I ordered a desktop water fountain and couldn't be happier. I was worried that I wouldn't be happy with the sound of the water but it's perfect. It was delivered very quickly.

Received everything as promised and on time as promised, had great experience with bzany customer service. Will definitely be my first choice from here on out, far better than the rest.

I purchased a windchime that they were selling cheaper than any other website. It was a gift, and the next day I clicked on order status, and it didn't tell me anything except "in progress", so I emailed them, and they said it was out of stock, and did not know when it would ship. So I found the item somewhere else and bought it there. I called bzany to see how fast my money could be refunded (they use PayPal which is nice) and no one answered the phone (it was after they supposedly opened). I emailed them and my refund was posted within 2 hours. Meanwhile, I got another email saying the refund would be posted within 10 days. I was glad it was done so quickly. I would have been very happy with bzany if they had said on their item page that it was out of stock and not wasted my time.

I received all of my product timely, and better than the pictures. The communication leaves something to be desired. I cant wait to decorate. Everything is really awesome. The prices were good too. I did find everything, and more. I would have ordered more probably had the feedback been so negative.

I purchased a tabletop Bird fountain.I received a email to confirm order.I kept checking statis of order and it stated order in progress..I recevied a email that order being shipped. I received order.My experience with BZany was good.I would order from them again.

The customer service actually got back to me pretty fast and canceled my order when it looked like I wouldn't be getting it on time. I was surprised actually because of the bad reviews but it seems like they are really trying and I appreciate that.

I ordered from them at the end of December 2016. I paid for the expedited shipping but never received my item. When I emailed them, I received a prompt response that the item was on backorder. I waited a couple more weeks then requested a refund. They promptly refunded my money. I didn't want to give 1 star as their communication was excellent but couldn't give 5 stars because they never had my item to ship out. I hope they can resolve their issues as I love the products they show they should carry.

Ordered 3 costumes (as they were the best price I could find) from this website 5 weeks in advance of Halloween thinking they should arrive in plenty of time. 4 weeks went by and I started to worry, so emailed about the status of my order and found out the whole thing was backordered. Asked them to cancel my order and refund through PayPal (which they did next day... whew), but now I'm scrambling for Halloween.

I am so disappointed in this company. I ordered a 60th birthday hat and paid for express 2 day shipping and it took over 2 weeks to arrive. Needless to say, it didn't arrive in time and is totally worthless to me now. It also looks like something I could have made myself. If you try to email them it will not be delivered. Be aware. I cannot recommend this company.

I ordered colored golf balls a month before my wife’s birthday. Never received the shipment and of course didn’t have it for her birthday. Sent several emails and several phone messages. Bzany didn’t respond to any of them. Fortunately I was able to cancel the order & get my money back. I agree with others that there should be a zero rating for this company.

Emailed and called about info for an Astroneer costume for my son. Spent a few weeks waiting for info before ordering as they have absolutely no descriptions of their costumes or sizing. They had two different links for the same costume one labeled bs and one bl. I didn’t want to order without knowing I was ordering the correct thing. Went to look this morning and the costume is no longer on the website. I’m assuming it’s sold out. Thanks for ruining my kids Halloween as he was so excited to find this costume and your lack of customer service has ruined that for him. Definitely don’t buy from this company.

I ordered 3 party favors for my daughter's birthday. Everywhere else was out of stock and discontinued the product. When I received my order from the company, only 1 was in the package! They still charged me for all 3 including their rediculaous shipping costs. I emailed them and they apologized (very rudely and not in anyway sincere) and refunded me for 2 of the items. This all sounds nice except they never asked me before they shipped my product what I would like to do. I would of declined the order and found something else. I asked them to refund some of the shipping costs because they never contacted me and still decided to charge full price of 3. It sounded like they would of never of refunded anything if I never contacted them.....very shady. They still have not contacted me back. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I wish I read the reviews first.
