The people who own/run this place are some of the kindest I've met in the area. The food is consistently delicious, and they even throw in a little freebie sometimes. Got egg rolls the other day and they were SO good. We get the Bangkok pad Thai, and all my coworkers like it too. Fair warning, they spice it more than you think! Mild is not no spice, so unless you really love heat I'd recommend going one level down from what you get other places.

While the prices have gone up since 2020, they're a small place and it's obvious they care about the quality of food they make. They give so much food you can easily make two meals out of it, three if you don't eat much. I can't recommend any pad Thai place in the area more than this one.

Great Thai Place to eat!
Affordable and great in portions of food!. I usually would eat one whole portion by myself in any other place, but here I pay the same and have a plate that is enought for two days. People working here are very Nice and if asked, would help to understand the questions for the plates they serve. Be aware that Medium spicy may be too much for people not used to spice.

Best place in town especially for massaman curry!!! Great portions, fresh veggies, fast service and really nice take-out containers we reuse at home. TRY THEM!

Bangkok Thai is definitely my new favorite Thai place! Their curry noodles are packed with flavor and spice and the shrimp were plump and cooked to perfection. We also had the most amazing orange chicken that remained crispy while covered in a flavor-packed sauce. Lastly, we had the Pad Thai and this dish is better than any I’ve ever had! This was a 10/10 for our family and we will be back soon!!

Good food! Every Thai place has their own take on some dishes. I liked the Pad Cashew and even though I asked for "Medium Plus" it could have been a bit spicier. They use chili oil in the Tom Ka soup so it was spicy too. I will be back to try other items soon.

The food here is consistently delicious. Huge portions - usually 3 separate meals from one order. We have gotten both noodle and rice dishes and they have all been excellent. Spring rolls are fresh and crisp, soups are very flavorful. Turn around time is very fast and food is always well packaged.

Best Thai I’ve ever had. Seems expensive at first glance but the portions are huge..you can’t tell when it’s all packed in the container but there is enough for me and my husband to split one meal and have leftovers the next day too.

Our whole family agrees - this is the BEST place for Thai food around! We could actually taste the orange in the orange chicken! The no spice dishes actually had no spice! And the dinner portion sizes were HUGE! The top end of the spiciness scale was still very spicy, but we found that the levels were lower than those of other nearby restaurants. (Fine by us - you just may want to go up a level if you've never ordered from here before.) We'll be back for sure!

I can say that my family and I have traveled far and wide for Thai food. Frequently traveling from Michigan to Montana, we are always on the search for good Thai cuisine. Its awesome that we no longer have to travel too far (40min) after finding this tiny spot after visiting a family member in Orion. We all agree, hands down unanimously,, this is the most authentic and best Thai food we've had. Even though there's been a price increase, the portions are far worth the money. The owners are so incredibly personal, they have gotten to know us so well that usually all i have to do is mention my name and they know my favorites, heat preference and even special accommodations. They even remembered my birthday. We will go nowhere else. Thanks for making us feel like family. I give this place 100 stars!!

Amazing food, always hot and fresh! Love their Garlic fried rice and crispy rolls! They also don’t mess around on the spicyness and my fiancé loves that, mild is always perfect for me just the right amount of spice!

I was bummed out when they did a price increase a few months back but in reality everybody has had to do that. So I have adjusted my review. We continue to get their food because it is delicious. And they do give you huge portions. Two meals run around $31 after taxes. This gives me and my wife dinner for one day and a big lunch for the next day. Actually a good value. We prefer the massiman curry and the Bangkok pad Thai. Delicious.

Even though they only offer carry-out, this is my favorite Thai food restaurant. I've tried just about every entree on the menu with either chicken or tofu as the selected meat. The food is tasty and as spicy as you'd like. The portions are massive. They use fresh ingredients. The spring rolls are great and I'm a huge fan of the Thai iced tea. My favorite dishes are any of the curry dishes. I rotate through the whole menu because I like everything. The people working there are always pleasant.

Very good food. Large portions for a carryout. The pad thai was great, as were both the drunken noodles and the fried rice. I goofed and ordered a mild for a child, forgot mild is not no-spice. That was on me, not them.

The food is so delicious. My family has had many meals here and they all have been fantastic. The portions are more than fair and the staff is always friendly when ordering and picking up. A great place for Thai food.

Update 12/15/2020 - 6 months and probably 60 orders later, I'm super late in giving the wonderful family that runs BPT a full 5 stars. My family and I have worked our way through most of the menu and have NEVER had a bad meal. I do take back my comments on the spice level. I now order mild and feel it's close to other restaurant's medium heat. You can't go wrong with BPT!

Happy to see they are finally open, taking the place of Alex Chinese and Grill. I'll really miss Alex, but the new owners were super friendly when I stopped in for a menu, and I wound up ordering some cashew chicken to give them a try. The first thing I noticed was amazing portion size! Easily 3x the meat and cashews of the other new Thai restaurant in the area and it was NOT drowned in sauce/soup. You know what I mean if you've had the other place's cashew chicken.

For now I'm taking one star off because I ordered it medium and it was pretty bland / no heat. I'll have to wait until my next order to see if it was a fluke, or if I need to remember to order a few spice levels above normal at this restaurant. The flavor profile of the sauce was also not as complex or garlicky as the "other place" and almost had a sweetness to it, but it was still very good and I ate way more than I should have...again, the dinner portion was plenty for 2 people to share for $10.95. Can't wait to try a variety of other dishes here.

Bottom line, well worth giving them a shot and welcoming them to the neighborhood.

Wow, amazing thai food. Extremely worth for money!!!!! Their shrimp chips are so crisp and fresh. I drove 35mi from my place to here for carryout and no regrets. Though the place is small (40 occupants) it's so clean. Staff are friendly and well maintained restrooms.

Love the veggie fried rice at this place.. it isn't available on the menu but Macy was extremely patient in helping with it and making the fried rice vegetarian (with a special sauce) and it turned out really well. 5 stars for food and courteous and patient staff!

I have been coming here for a long time. Menu is basic traditional, and good. I have not had a bad meal here. Is my "go to" Thai place.

Love love love this restaurant. The owners are always super friendly and welcoming, the food is delicious, and the portions are HUGE (one order of Pad Thai lasts me 4 meals.) Their prices are very reasonable. You won’t regret trying this place!
