I recently visited the this location, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine interest in helping me find the right style and fit. I was oringially interested in a new pair of style 604's which I've owned a pair for nearly a decade before. But I was also interested in the style 3504's for the additional safety features. They took the time to understand my needs, asking about my work environment, activities, and preferences. Armed with this information, they expertly guided me through their extensive selection, pointing out features and benefits tailored to my needs. I ended up going with a style 2414 and I'm incredibly pleased with my decision. The slightly higher cut provides me with greater ankle support and protection.

Steve meticulously assessed my feet, considering factors like arch support, width and toe room. His attention to detail was remarkable, and it resulted in a pair of boots that felt like they were custom-made for me.

His assistance didn't stop there. He also provided valuable insights into boot care and maintenance, ensuring that my investment would last for years to come. It's evident that they take pride in their products and want their customers to get the most out of them.

Just bought a pair of the traction tread boots. These are my third pair of red wing boots. Steve was super helpful, scanning my feet for the fit profile, suggesting a different insole with my boots. I was very pleased with the service and the boots purchased.

On May 15, 2023, I was on a business trip from Shanghai, China to Troy, Detroit, and I bought a pair of Red Wing 10875 shoes from your store. There is no special distributor of the Red Wing brand in China, so I can only purchase them through online shopping websites. It was a great honor for me to buy it in the United States. I would like to thank the clerk who received me at that time. He was very nice. Although my English is not very good, I also bought 10875 shoes of the right size. The sales looks about 50 years old and is very good. Now the weather in Shanghai, China is about 30 degrees. After I bought the shoes, I don't wear them. It should be very hot in summer. I like the shoes very much. I hope to have the opportunity to go to the United States in the future and buy another pair of Red Wings. shoes, thank you.

I ordered some shoes from this store on Wednesday, Feb. 28. They needed to order in my size and said it would take about a week, so yesterday (Wed, Mar. 6) I called them and the manager, Steve, answered and said it was still in process, meaning it hadn't left the distribution center. He told me he would look into it and then called me back twice; once saying he was driving to the Saginaw branch (a 150 mile round trip!!!) to pick up my shoes; the second to let me know he had retrieved them.

I wanted to thank the team at the Baldwin Rd. shop, especially Steve, for their incredible service.

I've always had good experiences at the auburn hill's location,from meeting the store owner to some of the other staff. They are always helpful, I've bought many pairs of boots from them and I will continue to.
I'd go tonight but it's a bit too late.

Troy was great on top of everything and even helped find the boot I liked at another store, so I didn't have to wait to have it ordered.

I came in to find comfortable work shoes that are slip resistant because of my job , the salesperson knew exactly what I needed and recommended the best shoe for my foot after taking measurements, he was very knowledgeable . Overall great experience

Didn’t even need to wear the boots to work to know this place is solid. I’m rating the business and customer service 5 stars for sure, the salesperson who helped me out as I came in last minute, Taylor, was very knowledgeable and polite. I was able to just browse and take my time and I didn’t feel rushed at all.
