ECCO OUTLET GREAT LAKES CROSSING

I really like these shoes. They are a bit pricey but the quality is worth it. Because it's an outlet they don't always have my size, but the staff always offers to try to locate my size from a different store. They are very helpful.

OMG Jeanne is absolutely amazing! she is so friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me find dress shoes and a matching belt for a custom suit, that I only had a small piece of fabric for at the time to match. She was patient, and took all the time i needed to make a choice. I made an extra trip in 2 month’s after my purchase, to thank her and tell her how wonderful she is!!

My feet responded nicely I bought 1st time with the brand on their very reasonably priced clearance section for work in early spring last year. Stopped in today seeking a comfortable walk around shoe as the ones I had were dilapidated and hurting my feet. Jeanne found a pair just what I was hoping for in the clearance section. (Yeah for saving money!) If your looking for shoes, I'd give them a try.

Ordered shoes online from here and also have bought in store. The employees are very nice and low pressure. Got some amazing deals on their clearance shoes as well with tons of sizes to choose from. Had to exchange a shoe from an online order and we're more than happy to ship it out to me and keep the discount from Black Friday. Jeanne at Ecco is fabulous. I came in right before closing looking for some shoes for my job and was in desperate need. She was patient and didn't even rush me out the store like some people. She helped to answer my questions and even took the time to give me some suggestions. She is a amazing person!
