Love it! Great food, great prices and friendly. Ice coffee is great! Many flavors of hot coffee, which are all awesome. I like the Lunar. Pastries are always amazing. Food off menu as well.

We were up North for a funeral service for my aunt. Saturday night The Moody Mug Cafe opened their doors after hours for my family to have a private dinner and celebrate my aunt. The food was excellent and the service was excellent. The owner was very friendly and caring. She and her staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They also let us use the main dining room to set up a tribute to my aunt. I cannot say enough about the owner, staff and the overall experience.

Western omelette was amazing forgot to take a picture before but I tore it up & my husband loved the French toast also the ice coffee is good considering I’m a picky coffee person

The hot chocolate with steamed milk is amazing. The service is very good and they are such nice people to talk to, and very helpful. The dining area is beautiful and very clean. This will definitely be my go-to coffee shop anytime I'm in the area. I can't wait to try more of their menu next time.

Great place to eat and have coffee with all there homemade bake goods they truly are a must see not to mention the staff are always polite and informative

My husband & I stopped in today for breakfast.This was our first time. For starters if you enjoy drinking a GOOD cup of coffee you won't be disappointed. We ordered the scrambler wrap which was awesome (it was so big I could only eat half), a short stack of blueberry pancakes to share (good thing cause they were huge), and a homemade raspberry muffin. Everything was fresh and delicious we were so satisfied with the food. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back. This will be out go to restaurant for sure.

Nice quiet atmosphere on the day we were there. Food was really, really good. My dining companion had broccoli cheese soup and a sandwich, I had a late breakfast with a ham omelette and hash browns. Will say the bread was really good also! I had rye with my omelette - yum!

This place is incredible!

Even though we live about half an hour away we still made it up here 3 times in one week. It is quickly becoming a weekly tradition to go for breakfast on Sundays. Breakfast is always good with large portions and the sausage gravy is to die for. Lunch may actually be even better. You can tell that bread is made by an actual person and the soup was some of the best I ever had. We love the Moody Mug and their friendly staff, the owner is great, very friendly and makes sure you are taken care of.

Wow, the food here was awesome. I had to have some work done on my snowmobile this last weekend and thought I'd have some breakfast while I waited for my repair to be done. Drove downtown on the way to another place but saw this and decided to stop in. Best decision of the weekend. I had some of the best biscuits and gravy ever and my buddy had a great looking eggs benedict. Thank god I did not order my typical grilled blueberry muffin as my plate of biscuits and gravy was more than a large person like myself could ever eat. That being said their baked goods look so good! If you like a weekend morning breakfast out, you gotta try this place.

I have been to Moody Mug a few times, and every time I go whether it be for breakfast or lunch I always get great food and service for a good price. I went with a group of friends today (some of them it was their first time) and I was pleasantly surprised at the service they had provided for 11 of us. It didn’t take long for all of our food to served to us and at the same time. The waitress was exceptional and she came back to check on us few times to see if She could get us anything. I totally suggest if you are in the area or you are just looking for quant little place to try, you should stop in and judge for your self. You won’t be disappointed.

Service is friendly and efficient. Large portions. We are on vacation for the weekend and stopped for breakfast on Saturday. Everything was so good that we came back the next day too. The french toast is phenomenal , pancakes are plate size, meat lovers omelet is awesome.

Love the owners back story. Very friendly staff and all of the option for fresh baked goods is awesome ! Fresh made every day and they all look so good. Very reasonably priced and a good amount of menu options. I love the decor and the at home feeling you get as soon as you walk in. Very well done and a great attribution to the town !

This place is a gem. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We were the biggest party they have ever had come in (party if 11). For a cafe they handled it with ease and confidence. The food was phenomenal. Fresh and delicious I got a spinach tomato with mozzarella wrap and I almost died when I saw it was fresh mozzarella cheese. I also ordered a scone which are home made from scratch there, the best I have ever had I bought 1 to go for later. I can not stop raving about how great it was. Will definately always make it a point to stop here from now on.

Stopped for lunch on our way through the area. Claire, the owner, was so hospitable! Cozy little cafe with great (big) sandwiches and super fair prices. We for sure recommend it!

My two friends and I came to visit from New Jersey back in January! It was such a cute comforting atmosphere and we have a lovely conversation with the owner and other customers. Great place and I will be back eventually!

We always visit when in the area. Claire and her staff are friendly and attentive. The food quality is excellent. I don’t understand how some people rate her poorly with comments like “boring”. Clair is hands on, hard working and really personable. Definitely one of our favorite places to dine.

We camp in the area every Labor Day and found this little gem last year. The service is super friendly and efficient. The food takes a bit to come out but is well worth the wait. I highly recommend.

We had my mother’s 80th birthday party Saturday on 9-22-18. We were very impressed! The service and the food was incredible! We loved it so much we went back for breakfast this morning! Next time we go visit Mom it will be a regular stop for us👍👍
