The resort offers everything you need from a cabin on the water, great fishing. Walleye, Musky, Northern Pike, Smallmouth, you name it for entertainment. Look at their website, you'll see. Your precious time away from home, will be rewarded for visiting this special place. The incredible sunsets every night, the fires by your cabin, the fishing, the swimming, the outdoor activities on site, the game room etc. They're rates really are quite pleasing, at least to my maybe lower to middle class budget. Can't go wrong coming here, because you'll for sure come back!👍❤👍

I dare anyone to find a more friendly, more accommodating, and more welcoming place! We started coming here in 1978 and have been coming ever since. Of all the places we could choose to go for our vacation, we would not go to any other place. This is a family business who truly appreciates their return guests and is very welcoming to their new guests. My daughter brings her family here every year so that they can experience the same amazing experience of not only the beautiful lake and resort, but also the family-like atmosphere that the Lyon’s provide. Thanks Gail, Steve and Wendy for always being the perfect hosts.

Our family has been going to Deer lake for decades. A few years ago my brother Gregg discovered Pineridge. I took my son there for his 50th birthday and celebrated with two of my brothers and son Jim. The fishing and beauty of Deer lake were awesome but the hospitality of our hosts Steve and Wendy put this trip over the top. Not the quiet secluded honeymoon spot but a great family fun resort.

One of the most relaxing, fun filled outings in years. Steve and Wendy made all the difference in the world, and really, really made everyone feel like one big happy family. Kid friendly, Dog friendly, and the fishing. Missed this year, but planning for 2024.

Prine ridge resort on deer lake was picturesque and quiet. The beach has plenty of space for any activity. I enjoyed paddle boarding and sitting on the dock during sunset. The owners were kind and easy going, even played a game of volleyball with them. Great place for an easy get away.

The Pine Ridge Resort on Deer Lake is a fantastic place. We have been going to this resort for 14 years now and our kids more less demand we go back year after year. Beautiful Lake, great company, and the owners kept us entertained the one day it rained with Bingo and prizes.

Wonderful family resort. Owner took us skiing, fishing, and pontooning. Water is beautiful and clear. Views from our cabin were relaxing. It's so nice to have these family owned resorts to stay at instead of large commercialized outfits. We had a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Love Pine Ridge! We’ve been coming here for several years now and it’s peaceful and relaxing. Gail, Steve and Wendy are warm and welcoming. Recent negative reviews are from people trying to review A DIFFERENT Pine Ridge, they are not related and those reviews should be deleted immediately.

Wonderful relaxing week with the family. Steve & Wendy are wonderful people. They made our stay amazing. Our family felt like we have known Steve & Wendy forever. They treated us like family!! Lake is clear and calming. Did lots of fishing!! If you want to get away from the world go see Steve & Wendy truly recommend it.

Week long trip with my wife and two 10 year olds. We met a few other family members at Pineridge. The lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in Minnesota. The kids had a blast with their cousins and the adults enjoyed the fishing, great hosts and amazing sunsets! Nothing beats a week at Pineridge on Deer Lake!

Great, rustic cabins close to the water, gorgeous, good sized lake for boating and fishing, caught walleye, uninhabited island in the middle of the lake to boat over to and walk around (like Tom Sawyer’s island for kids), really friendly and dedicated owners, family run. Fun ‘rec’ room with ping pong table and other kid friendly things. Feels very isolated, but still close to town and bars, restaurants, market. Found a couple of local farmers who sold vegetables out of their homes nearby, another fun adventure. Just a great week and area all around.

Pineridge is an absolute gem of a small family run resort located on a beautiful lake, the cabins are perfect size right on the waters edge and always kept clean. Steve is always willing to go out of his way at anytime to accommodate his guest, we forgot an item once and Steve immediately dropped what he was doing and went looking for one of his own to lend us, saved the day!

This place has a special spot in my heart and I will keep returning god willing. I consider it the most Minnesota experience you can have. It is a place from a hundred years ago and has been touched by time just enough. Glassy lake water, fishing, sand bars, loon calls, fire pits, cabins and owners that love to share the experience. When you're sitting by your fire eating camping food with the sun setting over the lake, you'll hear laughter and stories being told in the back ground and you'll realize that everything is ok right at that moment. Then you'll realize your phone has been in the cabin all day and that is ok too.

This is a true gem located a couple hours north of the Twin Cities. If you are looking for sky blue waters and a spot to relax this is the place. The owners are hands on and treat you like family, it is truly a special place. Family or couples, give this place a chance to give you that needed break from the everyday.

Pineridge Resort is a more than beautiful place to make memories for a lifetime, the family that runs it loves nothing more than to share the experience of this little slice of heaven for all that choose to venture to it.

We have stayed 3 times and really love the resort. Steps me back to the 70s where you van really relax and enjoy Deer lake. Perfect for family fun or the serious fisherman. I love it...

My family and i have been coming for years and can't have enough great things to say! Relaxing atmosphere with all u need to get away from it all and reset. If u venture out of your quaint cabin then You're likely to meet some of the other awesome guests from any and everywhere at the fire, on the beach, in the lake, game room or comparing your latest "record breaking" catch against the backdrop of a breathtaking Northern MN sunset. The owners really make u feel like "part of the family" and, O, and did I mention this just MUST be the BEST lake in MN?!??!!!

My family and I spent a week at Pine Ridge Resort. From the moment we arrived, the owner Steve and Wendy made us feel truly welcomed, like we were part of their extended family. Our cabin was clean and cute and rustic. The lake and beautiful woods that surround the resort were immaculate and such an inviting place to just hang out with a cold drink and a fishing pole or a book. With my 5 year old son, there was plenty to do for everyone. And so close to the town of Grand Rapids. We will definitely be back- and not soon enough!! Thank you Pine Ridge.

Pine Ridge is a picture perfect laid back Northern Minnesota resort. It’s on one of the most beautiful lakes in the state with its crystal clear water. Lots of nostalgia here with respectful reoccurring visitors. It’s not possible to be let down with a stay at Pine Ridge!
