Jet-O-Rooter Sewer & Drain Cleaning

The gentleman that came out to my home was amazing. I had an emergency home situation. He came out and fixed the issue, but he had to return the same evening to ultimately replace my toilet. Great customer service, great personality, and complete professional. If you have any plumbing issues, I would definitely recommend Jet-O-Rooter.

I called them after reaching out to a different company and having a not so good experience. These guys are awesome, they were here with in the time mentioned. Found the problem in a matter of minutes and fixed it super quick. They came late on a Sunday night in the pouring rain, I expected them to charge an arm and a leg but they charged a very fair price! Super happy with them and if I ever have plumbing issues in the future I’m definitely calling them again!

I needed to replace my drain, and from day one, Roto-Rooter was the most responsive. Personally, service like this goes a long way. I had called a few places just to get some quotes however, never received a call back, or if I did, the call was not returned in a timely manner. Roto-Rooter communicated their timeline, service was transparent, they worked fast and efficiently, and even went out of their way to help and see if they could get the town to pay for it. I can not express my gratitude enough. These are now my go-to guys as they are very reliable, good people.

I have been calling Jet-O-Rooter since I moved to my home in Sackets 6 years ago. I had called other companies, but all of them failed to respond or show during my time of need. Jet-O-Rooter responded quickly and professionally since day 1. They have redone my sewer lines because they were installed incorrectly inside my dwelling (too many 90 degree angles) and they replaced a section on the outside that had been done with metal pipes that rusted out!!! All in all, they have done an awesome job and their prices are fair. They showed me the pricing of the materials that were used along with the labor cost. Labor was a good price and materials were average when looked up. The part that makes a difference for me is that they respond to your needs ASAP!!! I am not waiting and waiting for other companies not to show up or respond.

We pride ourselves on prompt effective services and solutions. We offer emergency services at a higher rate due to our employees being pulled away from their families so compensation can be awarded. We expect payment upon completion of services and never do we perform the service with authorization of said work and price.

It was late on a Friday afternoon and I got the Moooom call..... It's raining in my cellar..... Many phone calls later and ALOT of can't help for days and days it was.... Jet O Rooter to the rescue .... Sunday came and he was there earlier than expected TOTALLY FINE !!!! He and his help were excellent and cleared the problem right away at a VERY REASONABLE price for a Sunday which Shocked me GREATLY I figured a Sunday would be a HUGE Surcharge......

The people who arrived were FANTASTIC! Professional, knowledgeable, good work ethic. The company is just terrible at time estimates.

We were stuck on laborday weekend with a leak in our waterline. They came asap but they charged $250.00 flat rate.They were here 1/2 hr. Fixed the problem.

They outsourced my job and although the work was good the guy took 4 hrs to do a 30 min job Shelton plumbing

Definitely not 24/7 and definitely not for emergency service.
