I absolutely love the staff here. They are always pleasant and helpful. Great selection of glasses and really patient. The doctor listened to what I had going on and was able to alleviate my symptoms. Glad I went with them for my eye care!

Going to regular check ups throughout the year can be so mundane. Not for my eye appointment. The doctors are absolutely amazing, the staff just as equally amazing and best part is Indy, their therapy dog. I never cringe when going to the eye doctor! Thanks Reed Optical and crew for being so awesome!!!!

Reed Optical is a very professionally run office from the staff to Dr Tina Smrkovski who was my optometrist. All the tests were explained sufficiently giving me a high level of comfort. I did schedule my next appointment next year and would recommend anyone looking to give Reed Optical an opportunity for an examination, contact lenses or glasses. I am glad I did.

I've been going to Reed optical for 14 years. They've always been helpful and kind throughout the process with no surprises come time to pay. Being recognized and brightly greeted even though they only see me a couple times a year is also great

Everyone is friendly & open to sharing the process that you are experiencing while having your eyes tested. I like to know what's going on. And, while choosing frames the staff was helpful and very patient. I enjoyed my visit!

Reed Optical is the best! Dr Tina is patient, explains things very well, and makes me feel at ease. I can’t remember the name of the person who fits the frames and explains the lenses, but she is great to deal with as well. Nice selection of frames. And Indie, the therapy dog, is the perfect gentleman. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new eye doctor.

I took my grandson to the eye doctor for the first time. Everyone was kind, attentive and the visit was on time . They worked with us to get a nice pair of glasses at a fair price. I definitely would recommend this place!

Very pleased with the visit. Everyone was professional and competent. I left feeling nothing was over looked. From the exam, fitting and reviewing my insurance everyone was top notch.

My experience was so positive right from the get go. The lady at the front desk was helpful determining my insurance coverage and getting all my information. She was super friendly to boot.

Then another friendly lady took me to a room, collected health data and did a short examination of my eye pressure.

From there a eye doctor brought me in and gave me a thorough exam and explained everything in easy to understand language. She was great and she wasn’t trying to sell me any new glasses.

Choosing to get new glasses was easy though.
I wanted to update my prescription and the lady in charge of this department was excellent. She told me what the costs would be, what my insurance covered, and helped me pick out glasses.

I arrived early for my visit and they were able to get me in shortly after my arrival. I was in and out in less than 50 minutes. Everyone there made my visit very pleasant. I would recommend Reed Optical.

They were able to get me in within 24 hours when I ran out of contacts despite being booked up before the holidays! They really take the time to look into your insurance prior to your appointment to make sure everything goes through, that you use all your benefits, and that you save the most money you can! Plus, they have the cutest therapy dog on site.

So after 45 years, I finally needed glasses. The staff at Reed was easy to work with in all aspects of the appointment, and incredibly patient as I tried on almost every set of frames in the store. Start to finish, my time there was incredibly relaxed, and comfortable. Walked away looking great, and with a solid understanding of how my vision had been changing over the years. From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt welcomed and confident that they are hooking me up with the right pair of glasses for the right price.
I had to wait for the lab to make them and that's normal processing. I called to find out the status of the glasses and the lab let them know when they would be shipped out. Shortly after calling I was called back and got the word on the delivery date with in 30 seconds . WOW this place is amazing. Thank you Heidi for your dedication and hard work. I recommend for all my friends and family to use this place for your eye glasses and services. I will let my V-Twin Cruiser members know this is the best place to go.

I’ve been going here for a few years. I’ll never go anywhere else. The doctor are great at both locations and the support staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, there’s a resident dog who’s an absolute sweetheart!
