Gus's Place

The service is slow, I do understand. The state has that one road close. Way, I hear it, it's been close for long time. It's hurting bussiness . There are detour signs to get their. Please stop in, they do have music on weekends

Gus's place was great. It's a cute little local diner with lots of memorabilia on the walls. There's a small set up in the back for a band, was told the owner Gus, plays.
Cindy, who served us was kind. The food was delicious. I asked for crispy bacon and Home fries, mom asked for almost the same except less crispy. They delivered it perfectly for both of us.

This place is awesome. The food was delicious and they had live music on Tuesday morning when we stopped in. All around great place and great people running it. Looking forward to next time.

My husband has been wanting a George's Dog since we saw the sign on the window, but never seemed to be in the area when they were open. We finally had the chance one Sunday a couple of weeks ago and they were just as good as he remembered!!

Great breakfast on Tuesday "(Monday) morning you sure looked fine..." sipping my coffee and then heard a guitar and The cadence of a familar song, baritone, and after, a Luzerne woman crooning, one song after the other. AMAZING!

I really liked Gus's place the food was super hot and delicious, I would of taken pictures but left my phone in the car, it was very nice looking rustic diner and the prices were good.

Really good food, hotdogs with the works are better than anything around the area. I guess on Tuesday mornings they have pickers come and go and play session with one another

Got hot dogs, heard they were delicious and YES, THEY WERE DELICIOUS, we will go back again, My hubby went in and say the people were VERY NICE! I STAYED IN THE CAR, AGAIN SO GOOD!
