Going to Dr Underwood has been a blessing. His staff is very efficient and helpful. When you go to your appointment there's never a long wait. Dr Underwood really listens to me and resolves my pain to the best of his ability. He is a very caring person and is very professional at what he does. He calms all my fears with what is going on with my body. Thank you to both his staff and the surgery center staff and Dr Underwood .

Everyone from front desk to doctors are super friendly and very knowledgeabe to the point you trust them completely. I've had nerves burnt. They've done injections many times and always successfully. In fact I have upcoming procedures. They care about pain and do help to provide relief.

I like going to this office. Everyone is so nice and considerate and the wait is never long. Dr comes in and greets you and listens to what you have to say. I have no complaints with this office.

Staff are friendly. Dr Underwood listens to my issues and concerns. So glad Dr Underwood is here!

Doctor Underwood and his staff have always been wonderful to me personally. They are very professional. He takes time to actually sit and listen about my issues with chronic pain. He nor his staff have never had me feel rushed. I definitely recommend going there.

My parents have lived here for 38 years but I had just recently moved back home and needed to establish myself with a new doctor and I could not have found a kinder, more compassionate and all around just decent human being as Dr. Underwood and his entire staff!! My mother attended the appointment with me and she to was so impressed she will be permanently switching to Dr. Underwood as well!! Since my appointment I have had to call the office twice for something and AnaLisa is of course ALWAYS just so helpful and sweet!!! Special thank you as well to Ashley, you were so kind to my mother and I, you make it easy to want to come back!!! Even the young lady that does the labs, she was so polite and brought me water!! Entire staff just shines as bright as Dr. Underwood does!! Thank you for treating me with respect and listen to me as a patient!! I just cannot say enough thank you's!!!

Actually spent time going over my history. Very attentive. Refreshing to have a doctor treat me as a person, not just a patient. Until this visit, you'd have thought there was a 5 minute time limit per patient.

Dr. Underwood and his team is a God sent from heaven...

I’ve been struggling with the choice of my third surgery or trying to “live” with the pain for years. After thousands of dollars for doctors appointments, travel, hotels and expenses. I was fortunate enough to be referred to Dr. Underwood. I have always thought that pain management involved medication such as opioids and muscle relaxers that I do not tolerate well. Well , I was wrong!! Dr. Underwood has performed two epidural steroid injections and bi-lateral shoulder injections.
I originally injured my back in 1986 with laminectomies and discectomys with fusion being performed on L3-4-5-S1 in 1988 and again in 1990.
After re-rupturing it all plus crushing T4-5-6-7-8 vertebrae and rupturing twelve more disc during seizures the pain was unbearable. Now I can “sleep” in the bed again and I now have hope for a pain free drug free live without any more surgeries! I have another treatment coming up this month for my thoracic spinal injections!! Don’t worry it sounds much worse than it is! Dr. Underwood and his staff have this down to a science.

I go to drs a lot (and have been thru a lot of drs in the decades since a horrible accident) They treat me with empathy compassion and concern. Best doc and team I’ve ever had. They care enough to make time to discover the root of the problem(s) and try to offer solutions.
