Top flight was extremely helpful for my home inspection. They got the inspection done the day after our offer was approved and they were very responsive and helpful in figuring out what services would be best for me. Shannon was quick to respond and helpful along the whole process. Kenny did an excellent job with inspection. He showed us everything he saw and was very accommodating in things that we noticed and he put on the report. Highly recommend TFHI.

Scheduling details and process were handled perfectly. The inspection appeared to be very thorough. I stopped by midway through the process and the inspector took the time to walk me through what he had looked at so far. He was also receptive to concerns I had and addressed them in the report. Everything went according to schedule. I would definitely hire this company again.

My husband and I are in contract for our first home and decided to use Top Flight Home Inspections to do our home inspection. Kenny did our inspection and I was present for the entirety of the inspection. I was beyond pleased with the knowledge Kenny has and the patience he had with me and my many questions being a first time home owner. Kenny was kind and incredibly thorough. This company is veteran owned. My husband being a Navy Veteran, we like to support veteran owned businesses because we know first hand that the military trains their own to lead with integrity, and are incredibly detail oriented. I would 10/10 recommend this home inspection company!

These guys are great, it was Monday and I was scrambling to find someone to inspect the home I agreed to purchase from over the weekend. Greg got me setup for Friday the same week. Kenny came out and did fantastic job going over the house. He was friendly and knowledgeable. These guys set my mind at ease after I saw the detailed report they sent me after the inspection. I picked Top Flight after looking thru the reviews against 2-3 other local companies. I also liked the 120 day warranty vs 90 I saw on others. Shannon was super helpful and walked me thru setting it up on my first call. I met with Kenny at the property and he was amazing, very thoughtful and thorough. I contacted to flight home inspections for an inspection on a home I am looking to purchase. I am currently living abroad so all interaction was done through e-mail. Every aspect of my experience was “first class”! Shannon was super friendly and efficient. Kenny my inspector is fantastic! His attention to detail and thoroughness in explaining and answering all my questions was definitely top rate.
