Very professional real estate brokerage that I would highly recommend. Century 21 Dairyland knows the market and makes the transaction process a wonderful experience.

As a first-time home buyer I needed allot of assistance and direction. I found that and much more than I expected from Cindy Sue and David as well as their whole team. They made the experience very easy for me and honestly pretty enjoyable. I feel like I could mention several instances of above and beyond, but I'll do them a favor and not list them all so their generosity doesn't become expectations. Thank you guys!!!

Our situation was quite unique from our family to the home itself and Carlie explained everything so well, has been so easy to reach whenever I've needed to and even went as far as making suggestions that helped fast track the whole process. Connie Gurtner went above and beyond when showing us homes in a very competitive market. She put in a lot of extra time researching the homes we were going to look, as well as finding additional homes that fit our needs to compare with. I can not thank her enough for making additional time available to take phone calls and explain a lot of details we needed when navigating through the home buying process.

Mr. Brandner was the listing agent/broker when we purchased the home 7 years ago, and we were incredibly pleased with how knowledgeable he was, how well he treated us, and how smoothly he made the deal go. So, when we decided to sell, Dave was the first and only contact we made! Mr. Brandner went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and that any questions or concerns we had were handled almost immediately. Carlie Rau called either me or my wife at least once a week to update us on anything we needed to know or to see if we had any questions. Although Dave kept us up to date, it was great that the office also called to check in! We have nothing but good things to say about our experience. It was very low stress and seamless. Mr. Brandner did all the leg work while we got to sit back and watch the deal happen with no worries. No complaints here! Highly recommended Dave Brandner and Century 21 Dairyland Realty! Dave did great work, respected our wishes as sellers, kept us in the loop at all times, even when I had questions at 9pm on a Saturday night, Dave was quick to respond. You can tell Dave takes his profession very seriously, and is definitely not just a 9-5 Monday Friday job to him. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and was there to explain the process to us the entire way through the deal. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dave twice now and no doubt that if I need realtor services in the future he will be my first phone call! We can’t thank Dave and the Staff enough for all of their hard work!

Kelly is one of the nicest realators I've ever met! She works well with her customers, even after the sale. It's been 3 years and she still mails out little goodies here and there. She even helped out my parents when they had a bit of a financial situation with their house. She gave them so scenarios they could do to sell it or keep it in the family.

Cindisue was very good to with. She had are house up on market fast. She was able to get 13000 more for our house. We had are offer right after the open house

Great Place! We recently bought a house close by and were signing the papers for closing. They had amazing service and they went above and beyond by having a room just for the kids to play in. This would be the number one place that I would recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
