What a wonderful experience! Rooms were very warm friendly and clean! The breakfast that was included was amazing, in comparison to most hotel provided breakfasts! Staff was very friendly and greeted you went passing! I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again!

I was there for the Sam Jam Bluegrass Festival and it was right across the road from the Comfort Inn. Clean with courteous staff. The pool is nice and overall nice experience. Breakfast is available but I wasn't an early riser this time around. Recommended.

Clean linens/reset room& nice, modern room- comfortable- maybe my choice Rewards upgraded me, but the negative reviews from past years were sooo last year- had no problems; if I had to complain & i was able to work around both minor problems, the breakfast was very basic for a picky person (adult or kid) shutting down at 9am promptly, and several workout room pieces would not turn on screen electronics, though the treadmill and weights machines worked/were fine- a person can still workout while driving on the road & trying to prevent leg clot formation if they wanted to workout there- it is close to Fairgrounds & an excellent place to stay for those events, too. Some people were complaining about that stupid noisy train off/on all night, but i only heard it once w/ tv off, fell asleep w/ tv on. Now, 5 min. away in Waverly are more food choices (many pizza places/2 subways/Arbys & one upscale Tavern with Lobster, $30 crab) than in immediate area of hotel. Staff were great, actually, i had no itching- amenity soaps were shea butter & good ingredients, i did not itch in bedding, saw no signs of bedbugs that complainers in last 2 years posted- Im a nurse not an insectologist but it was a hygeinic, seemingly Health-Dept compliant place and a great stay. Parking was easy, ample & I would reccommend this place.

Our room was clean .Bfast was hot and lots to choose from . We have stayed there for years .They have done some remodeling,very happy with it .

Absolutely adore this place and it’s staff. My grandparents house burnt down and they stayed her for 6 months before getting their new one. The rooms were very nice and well kept. The staff was extremely sweet and always very helpful. The pool and gym both were great features. The breakfast was always good. I also had a baby shortly after they started staying there, and they never gave us any kind of complains or rude comments about my VERY colicy and cranky boy coming to visit his Mamaw! Lol would for sure stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great motel!

The customer service was spectacular! I had an issue with a 3rd party booking site. Not only did the staff switch my room with no problem, they let me go look at it before I checked in to make sure I was getting what I needed. It's kind of a maze but there are tons of entrances to make it easy access. I will definitely be back when we're in the area.

Fantastic stay! Friendly and informative front desk attendant, extremely clean room and the heated pool with floats, pool noodles and beach ball were the icing on the cake. The free continental breakfast had a nice variety of both hot and cold breakfast food and drink options. The Breakfast Room Attendant was very efficient at keeping things stocked. It was nice to see that the hot items were hot and the cold items were cold. The plates, napkins, cups and eating utensils were plentiful along with the breads, pastries, yogurt and fresh fruit. We were traveling with our 8 and 5 year old granddaughters and we will definitely stay there again. :)

Clean, very large room. Microwave, double sink, fridge with freezer. Two TV's. Awesome breakfast. Nice lounge by the pool, with picnic tables. Great price. I work out of town every week and this hotel is one of the best I've stayed at.

I travel for work and stay in hotels frequently. This was the cleanest and quietest hotel I believe I have ever stayed in. Literally worth twice what they charge.

Surprisingly, my stay was great. It was not expected and they had the added amenities I needed so saved me a trip to find a store. Very clean, nothing felt outdated or worn out. Breakfast was full and tasty. Will definitely stay again if the need arises.

I have been going here over 20 years or more, they are great and very clean, and kind, very great place, the only thing I could say, is maybe the train 🚂 🚃 that passes through.

Was only in the pool area to visit family that was in town. The pool was clean, in full sun at 4 pm and didn't smell over chlorinated. It is a large patio area that could use some more chairs and covered tables.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay the staff was the staff was tremendously friendly and very professional The breakfast was fantastic and very filling I will stay there again

Very nice room. Bathroom was very clean. Only downfall to the room was the a/c unit. Sounded like a semi was running through our room. Breakfast was fresh and very good

The room was very clean, large screen tv and all the furniture was in great condition. The bed was very comfortable

Nice quiet hotel in middle of no where. Staff friendly rooms clean and even has a big screen flat TV in room. Hotel was quiet while there also

Me and my family had a good time at comfort inn the people work there was very polite there and my grandkids enjoyed the pool there we had a very nice room to stay in

Very pleasantly surprised. Very clean rooms, great internet connection, quiet room, and not even expensive. Great value.
