My husband and I love this little Gem in Willard, Ohio!
The owners are fantastic and the very firm very cold soft serv is the best we have ever had.
You get great quality and quantity for your money.
We travel from Caledonia to Willard just for the Ice cream 🍦

Ordered a small twist and received what would be a large twist anywhere else. I am serious about this. The person with me stopped me from ordering a medium, they stated a small may even be too much for me to eat. It was. I ate what I could and put the rest in the freezer to finish later. It was absolutely delicious.

Their menu is varied and all tasty. If there is a line waiting, either by walk-up or drive-through, it is because whatever you order, it is worth waiting for. On my last visit they were handing out small samples of different ice creams for those of us waiting. Six people in our car and we were all delighted with our orders. It was a nice quiet ride while everyone enjoyed their desserts, a tribute to how good their food is.

Wonderful Lil ice cream shop/yummy doughnuts/boba tea/food place... crazy all the combos .... I love going here everything I'm in Willard. Staff is amazing. Here's to many visits to come.

We’ve been here a hundred times but I’ve finally taken a picture of something from here, the peanut butter cheesecake hard dip is literally to die for!!!! My favorite ice cream I have ever had. Almost all of the ice cream from here is super good, we have yet to try any of the food. The donuts are awful, I hate to say it but they are the worst donuts I’ve ever had. But the ice cream, is good enough to still make this place 5 stars!!!!

I normally get a chocolate buckeye flurry, and my bf gets a milkshake, but I've tried various other things they offer, and I haven't been disappointed

Their ice cream is good. Lines can get pretty long, but having two lanes helps with that a bit. The staff seem friendly.

Yummy, yummy, and more yums. Chocolate milkshake was thick and delicious, small come with sprinkles was bigger than our grandson's hands, and the hard serve ice cream in waffle cones. Smiles all around. The end of a great day of hanging with Nana and Papa.

We love Smitty's and go often. We decided to go there to treat our 4month pup to his first ice cream ever and the picture I'm including tells you what he thought.❤

Very nice. Had van ice cream with orange slush. Slush float, husband had flurry was good too.

I had to go to Willard for a fasting doctor's appointment. So as soon as it was done I went looking for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. This place was on the way and I am so glad I stopped. They had a small line at the drive thru but they came out to the cars to take orders. It wasn't really more of a wait than McDonald's or any other place. The coffee and sandwich were great and the service was super friendly. I will be back!

Most delicious ice cream, shakes, flurries and malts all made to order. Lots of other great food. Incredibly good. I was mmmmmmmmmm-ing the whole time. So great and great service.

Ice cream was awesome and BBQ beef sandwich was delicious!
