Gilby's Pizza Cravin

Ordered for the first time tonight and my only regret is that we didn't order sooner! We hardly ever order out for pizza but from now on, when we do; it'll be Gilby's pizza. We ordered a cheese pizza, a pickle pizza, and a cheeseburger foldover. The pizza was cooked perfectly. The crust was thin and crispy but not too crispy. There wasn't much sauce on the pizza but it didn't need a lot of sauce because the sauce had a great taste and seasoning. Also, the pizza was NOT super greasy like the other mom and pop shops! I do have to say that it's hands down some of the best pizza I've had. The cheeseburger foldover was miles ahead of the competition! Would prefer maybe a thicker or different kind of crust for the foldover but the taste was wayyy better than the competition! We spent $40 including delivery fee for a family of 5 AND we have leftovers; you can't beat that! Not to mention the smooth ordering process. The guy who took our order was very polite and helpful. The delivery driver was also polite and professional. We were quoted a half hour or so for delivery but got it in under a half hour and we live out of town! On top of that, it was hot and fresh when we opened it! Super impressed all around 🙂👍

Super good! I could eat the marinara with a spoon it's so good....nice and chunky at the bottom! Cheesebread was killer!

Bradley Gilbert, the owner is such an amazing soul, allowing my teenager to make his own pizza. I love that there are free arcade games available if you are waiting. The crew is very friendly and the food is delicious. I've ordered delivery from them plenty of times but going there for pizza was a very delightful new experience. I would recommend.

I had a wonderful experience and will be going back again. The owner was extremely friendly, the food was great, and the prices are extremely affordable. They were even kind enough to sell me dough to use in the pizza oven I got for Christmas. Thank you for going above and beyond!!

We absolutely love Gilby's pizza. It is the best in town. The sauce is fantastic and we have never had a disappointing pizza. Highly recommend it.

1st time ordering at Pizza Cravings and we got Big Pappa and chef salad. So good! We will definitely be coming back for more. I love that you have different types of pizza. Excited to try them.

This was our first time ordering from Gilby’s, and I’m glad we did! They have a family deal which was an xl pizza, wings, cheesy bread, cinastix, and a 2 liter of soda for only $36! I haven’t been able to feed the whole fam for that price in a very long time, so I was excited to treat them to something other than my cooking for a night. The delivery was on time, and the owner delivered it personally. He was super nice, the food was excellent, and I highly recommend. The kids ate everything, I barely got a little of each, so kid approved too!

Really enjoy the food! Great priced family deal on fridays. They are the only place that will deliver to me. Love love the cinnamon bread & chicken balls. Good fair prices. Would definitely recommend!

So this was my first time ordering from pizza cravings since the new owner took over and I have to say, IT WAS THE BEST PIZZA in Norwalk, from placing my order, to the delivery, top notch all the way. The pie was hot like the driver was waiting for it to come out of the oven, piping hot the way it should be. I'm tired of getting Luke warm pizza delivered, so thanks Gilby's pizza cravin. I'll definitely be back, and if your reading these reviews you can believe the good ones, don't listen to the cry babies out there. P.S. the ranch bread is a pretty good appetizer. Thanks again GPC!

Great pizza! Gave the pickle pizza a try and it did NOT disappoint!! The loaded pizza was amazing as well! Staff was incredibly nice when I went to pick up the food! Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

Stopped in for the first time because I was tired of chain pizza. Nice menu selections. Kitchen area was visibly clean. Order was quick and easy. Staff was super friendly. Family enjoyed the pizza a lot. Will be getting pies from here again.

Except pizza was not hot maybe slightly warm. Had to heat each piece in our microwave.

Very amazing place to eat and the food has gotten alot better. I only have had one issue wich would be the cheesy bread crust was very thin not sure how of that's how they have always made it but I believe cheesy bread with thicker bread and lots of cheese and sauce is amazing.

This was our first time ordering under the new owners and the food was excellent! We ordered a variety of different items and enjoyed them all! We also love that they deliver to our home in North Fairfiled!

We don't order pizza often, but when we do, it's from Gilby's. We've had great experiences each time we've ordered here; the pizza quality is excellent, loads of toppings, especially on the deluxe. The service has been fantastic, the owner down to the newer employees have been friendly.

Everyone has a preference on how they like pizza and this place happens to be close and hits our preference out of all the places in Norwalk.

My household loves the pizza and wings from Gilbys Pizza Cravin. They beat anyone else in town, not only for the flavor packed food but for the prices in budget as well. You can't find great pizza with a great cost anymore!

The staff was great and friendly from the person answering the phone to the driver. The pizza and Bosco sticks were GREAT! Will most definitely order again in the near future and highly recommend pizza craving to everybody. Ya won't be disappointed.
