Very disappointed. The funeral home is packed full. Every room has people standing. My complaint is there are NO SPEAKERS into the rooms we were packed into. Finally, a visitor used her phone to call another phone so we could barely hear the funeral over a cell phone. It's hard to appreciate a funeral if you can't hear what is said.
