Seven J Outfitters

This was my second year turkey hunting with Seven J Outfitters & it did not disappoint! I've lived in the west for 30 years & this part of Wyoming & South Dakota is in the top 3 most beautiful places I've ever been in my life. Incredible hunting, First class meals, Awesome guides & a 100% success rate for everyone in the group two years running! If your looking for an incredible turkey hunt out west this is one for the bucket list!

Third time with this highly successful outfitter. I was impressed with the photos, which you can see are dated, and the success statistics, so I tried them out (whitetail and antelope combo hunt was first of three hunts starting in 2013). Bagged out on both first day each with nice buck and pronghorn. Returned a second time in 2016 with hunting buddy. Again harvested two nice bucks. He got a mule deer and I got a 150" whitetail. Returned a third time in 2019 and we both harvested nice mule deer bucks. High quality hunting areas, experienced and knowledgeable guides (highly recommend Clint Schneider), clean and new lodge, excellent cooking and accommodations. You will not be disappointed.

Jeff and Deb always put on a great hunt. This year was no exception. Be prepared to spend a lot of time looking. The deer are there.

We have been hunting with Seven J for the last seven years. Our annual trip to Wyoming has become the highlight of our year. Jeff and Deb run a fantastic operation with great food, accommodations, guides in one of the most beautiful places you can hunt. They have access to huge tracts of hunting ground and can provide you with the opportunity to harvest a variety of animals. Their success rates are directly attributable to their wonderfully knowledgeable guides who will provide you with a team effort to find the animal you are looking for. Definitely book a hunt with them. it is worth the wait and the money. You will not find a better overall experience.

Took the trail ride with Margaret. Wow.... Simply breathtaking, amazing mountain views and a wonderful ride with a wonderful guide. Can't really put into words how awesome this was.

This place is 1st class all the way. They make you feel like your at home. I hunted with them 8 years ago for Whitetails (Rifle) passed on a 150 and saw a 180+ and now I just hunted with them for Elk. I have been on 10 other hunts in my life and none of them compare to Seven J Outfitter. Jeff and Debb are 1st class all the way. Food is amazing and the guides really know what they are doing. I Did harvest a 250 class 6x6 Bull with my Bow on the 1st morning and heard many more. Treat yourself to a great hunting experience with Seven J you won't regret it.

When hunters are looking for a quality hunt, whether Whitetail, Mule Deer, Elk, Mtn. Lion or Antelope, rest assured when they book with 7J, they are getting an experience of a lifetime. After hunting with them since 2006, on various hunts, I can attest that they are the most professional outfit around.
The quality of the lodge, experience of the guides, quality ranches to hunt on and Deb's home cooking, has me booking annually.
When hunting, nothing is guaranteed but understand this, there are times when hunters do not harvest an animal they are after and there are conditions that are out of control of 7J, for example:
1) the weather can be hot, 2) a hunter can get an opportunity and miss the shot or 3) the hunter wounds an animal, 4) the hunter is out of shape and can't hike the mtn.'s and so forth.

Understand this, hunting at 7J will be an experience you will never forget and i encourage anyone who is serious about their hunting to book with them. And when you do, you'll be glad you did.

I have hunted here two times. I have been on lots of hunts over 35 years everywhere and 7 Jay's is the best. Great people, great lodge and lots of deer. Am going back.

This was my second year with Seven J Outfitters. I have learned to control my excitement of seeing so many quality bucks. I very much enjoyed the spot and stalk technique used. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I will be back.

A slice of heaven. The best place we have ever stayed. If you like a peaceful place to stay and like to see deer, Turkey and other animals running around this is the place to be. Jessica is so nice. Hospitality is fantastic

Awesome place, professional guides. Went spring turkey hunting and tagged out on the second day. First bird in Wyoming, 2nd in South Dakota.

Also I did fall of a horse but I was perfectly okay! Just an amazing place to go ride if your in the area hahah
